The ease of purchasing, the speed of delivery and the exact item needed. What more can you ask for.

Slow delivery, faulty charger, bad service

Very slow delivery and when it arrived the charger was faulty. The return process is hard to impossible to navigate and they ignore the problem or choose not reply to email. It is true what they say, buy cheap buy twice. If there was a need for zero stars, this is it, the service is truly awful after they have your money.

Top quality charger for Lenovo Yoga

Arrived reasonably quickly and high quality charger for my Lenovo Yoga laptop. Better quality than the original much quicker full to charge to the computer.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered on the 29th of JUNE, and they came on the 13th of AUGUST! Horrible customer service, got sent the wrong item and cannot return it.

I asked for a charger to fit my bose soundtouch wireless link adapter which is 5v, I was sent a 20v laptop charger instead

Easy to order (disappointed it was coming from China) but recieved it much quicker than expected Charger works fine and appears to be a manufacturers original. On the negative side no communication (Dispatched etc) at all from the seller

Ordered weeks ago but unfortunately…

Ordered weeks ago but unfortunately item never arrived. Tried to contact the company & it took days to get a reply & all I got was a tracking number telling me to contact the courier. No help at all, poor customer service & still no delivery or resolution to the problem. Disappointed, a case of we got your money that's it who cares if you actually get what you ordered.

AVOID!

I ordered a charger a month ago. they didnt give tracking details. I still have not received the charger, they are resistant to refund and slow at communicating. Seems many people have the same problems. I assume the positive reviews are fake.

I ordered a charger for an Asus ROG G20AJ and the charger I received had the wrong connection, I have sent several messages to try and arrange a return but have not had a response so returning the product is impossible, I'm very disappointed.

I don't often do reviews but I got outstanding service from Buy-a-charger. I ordered a Dell charger for my laptop but ordered the wrong one - my fault. I went back to Buy-a-charger explaining my error. They requested details of the correct one and promptly sent it with no additional charge. They also told me I did not need to return the incorrect one. Not many companies would be so helpful!

Ordered and arrived within 10 days. A pleasant surprise was the added USB phone cable included. Charger is very good and I have not had problems with it. It was well packaged and protected.

Great value, original manufacturer part, just be prepared for a 1-2 week wait as my laptop charger was apparently shipped on demand from China!

Just impressed with the items included although it came from CHINA but it came under two weeks and will actually recommend the company. THEY are OK unlike some other companies from CHINA.
