False Advertisement about dispatch/delivery

Claim they will ""usually"" send within 1 business day, after contacting support 3 business days since placing the order, I was informed that they will send in 1-2 days!! Either be honest and put some notice that you simply don't stock certain models and need to import them from China/elsewhere or stop claiming you'll send in one day. Would definitely NOT recommend for dishonest business practices. Beware. Literally a recurrent claim if you scroll down below.

I still haven’t recieved my acer laptop charger they are not replying to my emails they said it will be here within 2-4 days and it’s now been 6 days no reply no charger terrible service do not buy from here scammers.

Ordered wrong charger, but quickly got the right replacement.

I realized I ordered a wrong charger when I received the package. I emailed customer service and received a reply quickly. A few days later I got the right charger. Issue happened, and they handled it quickly and correctly. Thanks.

Like others when I placed my order, I thought I was buying from a UK-based company because their website is misleadingly called Buy-a-charger.co.uk. Then I saw the bad reviews here (there were no good reviews at the time) and my heart sank. As I hadn't received an email confirming my purchase, I thought I had wasted my money and wouldn't receive either the goods or a refund. 2-3 days after placing the order I received a tracking number and the goods arrived in good time (the slowest part of delivery was once the goods arrived in the UK). I placed a second order and had a similar experience. First order was placed on 24th October and arrived on 30th. Second order was placed on 30th October and arrived on 7th November. I'm happy to recommend this company and would order from them again but an acknowledgement email at time of purchase would be reassuring, and a clearer indication that the goods are being shipped from overseas might be helpful in managing expectations about delivery times.. The 2 adapters I ordered are branded items, not clones, do the job they are supposed to and are good value for money. Can't say better than that.

Dell 330w charger

I ordered a 330w charger for my Alienware laptop before I saw these reviews. Like everyone, I was under the impression that it will come from the UK. Only when I was given the tracking number I saw it comes from China.Delivery was fast tho, and I received it from Royal Mail as promised. 4 days after dispatch. It looks the same as the original, even has Dell on it. 200g lighter.Now, I've seen all the bad reviews and I don't know if I got lucky or not, but the charger works as expected. Same output as the original, doesn't heat up more than the other.I guess I will know for sure if this was a waste of £60 or not in a few months but for now, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

AVOID at all costs

I purchased a charger like the rest of the reviewers. It took more than a month before it "apparently" got delivered to me. I have chased them and chased them but the response is non-existant. Do not for the love of god, waste your money on this site. It is indeed a Chinese company and their communication and trust level is not something you should rely on. It was only £50 but extremely frustrating experience altogether. I'd rather have spent more to avoid ever experiencing anything like this again. Edit: Not sure how to reply to the response below. You did indeed provide me a tracking number of which I kept track of diligently. The only reason I sent the first email is because I noticed the tracker said "delivered" when I clearly did not receive it. At that point as the supplier, you should have chased the couriers for a deliver note/goods receipt. Who signed for it? Is there a picture of it on my front porch. When you have come to the conclusion that you did not have such evidence. You should have either sent a replacement, with sincere apologies, or tried to dispute my claim that I did not receive it. I have paid the money for the charger, and I have not received it. What more do you want me to do? Do I have to collect it from your address to ensure I get it?

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a replacement charger from them. When it arrived, the connection was incorrect. I contacted them and provided pictures of the charger they sent. They informed me that the connection is correct, although it genuinely is not. I can only assume this is essentially a scam company. If you order from them, you will not receive the charger you need or pay for. Moreover, they will refuse to refund you under any circumstances.

Avoid!

Ordered a charger before looking at reviews. Its a chinese company. Rarely get any communication from the customer support. Avoid this company! Apparently items are delivered within 2-4 days....3 days later, nothing, not even dispatched. I purchased through PayPal and im now having to talk to PayPal to get my refund.

I ordered a charger from this company on 31st July 2019. They sent a charger that did not work with my laptop. I asked for the correct on to be sent and i sent them a picture of the charger that i was trying to get a replacement for. They sent another charger which arrived on the 23 August 2019 (almost 1 month later) that does not fit my laptop either. I have repeated contacted the company to ask for a refund but they have not refunded the money. They do not have a phone number and you must communicate by email. I would not recommend that you buy from this company. I have been left out of pocket and with a chargers that do not work on my laptop.
