This is a rogue business

This is a rogue business. Disgusting service. Took a month to deliver a charger. Then they sent the wrong charger. Then they mess you about for a week - telling you to send the charger to China. No talk of postage paid or a refund. If you want to waste money and time, and get aggravation, use this business. If I could give a zero star I would.

Would not recommend

False advertising- website clearly says items will be despatched within 1 day. My charger wasn’t despatched for over a week. After multiple emails asking to cancel the order I was ignored and just told it will be despatched soon. Also the items are coming from China, just for anyone who may assume it’s a uk website as I did. Awful customer services do not recommend

One of the worse buying experiences…

One of the worse buying experiences I've had. Placed order for a charger and money taken. Still waiting for delivery and email coms are slow and very unhelpful. Look at the recent reviews says it all.

SCAM! They took my money and sent a link with a virus when I reached out on email!!! STAY AWAY and keep your PayPal and bank account safe. I have not received my order and no communications. it is a fake website.... THIEVES Update to reply: Excuse me but I have no details here in the comment above for you to judge if the order has arrived or not? I didn’t use my name when ordering... obviously you’re fake. Nothing has arrived. Stealing money is a crime...

Wish i had read the reviews on here. Looks like i have been scammed as well. £19 down the drain!! Ordered 2 weeks ago. UPDATE Dear Customer, Thank you for your order. Your order will be delivered soon. Please use the tracking number   *******     to search on the tracking link. Best regards. ------------------ Original --------------- Hello. I still haven't received this item. Can i return it please if it turns up. I was taking it abroad(too late now) and have allowed ample time for delivery. Regards Rob Lockey. May as well talk to the wall certain details removed for security. Oh and tracking doesn't work because they are obviously in China.

Scam, save your money

Scam! Placed an 'order' two weeks ago, monet went out, but they never shipped it nor reply to my emails. Save your money and buy from a legit source.

Do they exist anymore..took my payment but

Bought a charger on the 23rd of January and they took the payment the same day and I am still waiting 7 days later. I have contacted them twice and I have had no response from customer services. It says 2 - 5 days on delivery. Not acceptable with no contact and I am not convinced they exist anymore, but are still taking payments. BEWARE Andy Balmer. Legal Consultant

Wish I'd read these reviews before. Ordered 2 chargers- never received. Asked for a refund- still waiting. Told they would come after Chinese New Year- yes they are shipped from China- not UK- still waiting. Absolute rip off.

Avoid avoid avoid

My acer charge, was supposed to be delivered last Friday. Since that did not happen and their "guest link" for tracking order does not work, I contacted seller who confirmed yesterday (yes, on Sunday) that they will ship it on Tuesday from China, 28 Jan. As I am in a hurry and cannot wait another week, I cancelled order before they dispached it and then received 2 patronising emails with screenshots that my oder is miraculously on its way. Guess they have a time machine, went back few days in past and dispatched it a week ago. I would maybe be able to ignore that they obviously have no clue about orders they get and ship out, but the tone in their emails and how they address to customer are despicable. And another thing, nowhere on their site they advised stocks are in China and at check they confirm delivery date that they are quite aware they will not respect. An update: on delivery tracking page for 28.01.2020 says item returned to sender as delivery address incorrect. Hm...So they send me invoice with my correct delivery and billing address, but are not able to put correct address on parcel Guess now I will not be able to refuse delivery, good for you Buy a charger lol Another update: received refund on 16 Feb through PayPal dispute as item never received and these thiefs had no dignity to respond to PayPal request

Wrong charger sent

Ordered a replacement Acer charger on 6th January for my daughter’s lap top. Only after the order was placed did we find out the item was being shipped from China. It arrived yesterday (13th January) but it was the wrong charger with a completely different model number to the one that was ordered. I am currently waiting for customer services to contact me to let me know how to return the charger and for my 14 year old daughter to have her money refunded so she can purchase a replacement from a reputable retailer.

Good service

Good service, and product. Except for a quicker delivery time (it took about a week to arrive and that was in the middle of Christmas - New Year week), which I understand would be difficult because it was sent from the other side of the world to me, I can't fault the service, and the charger works fine. Thank you.

Very efficient and helpful post-sales customer service. A new charger free of charge was sent to me after the charger I bought in September stopped working. I was asked pertinent questions in order to figure out the problem. In fact these questions helped identify the exact voltage my laptop needed and the battery now works fine.
