FAKE & NOT UK BASED. Was emailed after complaining about the non branded "Dell original" charger I received : "After we got it, you will get a refund." Excuse me ... post it back to china at more than what the FAKE chargers cost?!! I think not. WARNING: they changed their website name from ChargerStore uk after I searched for them to ACharger uk. Nice try scammers! Watchdog needs to do something about these companies!! On A charger.co.uk they advertise: "We offer easy returns! " NOT - FAKE ADVERTISING. They send you an email with a RMA number on it. There is a reason why people choose to buy geniun products - to protect their devices from malfunctioning. FAKE products have not been tested and are not guarenteed. Since almost everything is made in china you would think you are buying a genuine branded product from a chinese supplier instead of paying big store prices, you dont expect to receive a non branded falsly advertised branded product with no guarantee and expensive return costs. They should be selling these chargers for £1 a go because that is what they are worth!

Tired to arrange to return the product…

Tired to arrange to return the product as it didn’t fit my laptop and they had sent out the incorrect charger twice. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Well almost 6 months later I’m sat with two chargers I can’t use and no money back! Do not buy from this company poor customer service.

Do not buy from this fake Company…

Do not buy from this fake Chinese company. Is just a scam. Are 20 days since I have paid for a 'new and original'' battery for my Lenovo, which never arrived. I have reported the scammer to PayPal, and now I'm waiting for an answer. On their website is saying that they are using to deliver the orders DHL, EMS, UPS, RM1R, EUEXP, Royal Mail, or HK Post...and nothing about Yodel. In my case, they said that the delivery will by Yodel and they gave me a tracking number. . Total scam. I lost my money.

Wrong charger sent - Awaiting refund

The charger they sent was not the right one, I ordered one for a TV and received a totally different one for as laptop. I've been trying since early june for a refund i've sent them all the photos twice and they then do not respond. The problem being they are in China so you cannot even ring them. Poor service. Avoid if you can buy in the uk.

I am very disspointed with this company. I ordered a charger and it came perfectly. However the charger was not the correct one for my laptop due to the pin. I contacted them on their website and via email several times asking for them to give me details of how i could return the item and get refund. I have not had a reaponse from them. Their communication is terrible.

The first charger was faulty emailed them and a new one arrived a few days later no hastle good company would recommend them

Sent wrong item and wouldnt refund

Ordered a charger for my Asus UX31E Zenbook, detailed the right laptop but got sent the wrong size. Mailed asking them to fix it, received two mails back asking for photos then they stopped responding.

SCAM!

SCAM! They sold me the wrong charger and never replied to my emails. Stay away from this company, I don't think they are from the UK.

Charger connection didn't fit.

Please avoid this Company. There is no address or contact number on the invoice. The charger, when it arrived, did not fit my laptop. I have returned it to the only address I had which was the delivery company. I've now emailed the company requesting a refund and I'm still waiting to hear from them

Avoid at all costs when i purchased my adapter got a sales confirmation and invioce straight away item took 3 weeks to arrive when it did it was the wrong adapter plus it did not work emailed several times was asked to send photos which i did then was told after sending more emails that they did not receive the photos after sending several more emails i have had no response wished i had seen reviews before i bought from them also did not realise the company was in china

I wished I'd checked out the Trustpilot review before I purchased...received the charger after approx. 2 weeks and it didn't work. Contacted them several times (via 'Contact us') and have had no response. Do not waste your money with this company, they may be cheap but their products are worthless and you're wasting your money.

Unacceptable customer service!

Bought a charger in January. When it arrived it was the wrong adaptor for the laptop. Asked for returns details. One week later I got a response. Over 3 emails I sent photos etc. Not heard from them since 21 Jan, despite several chaser emails. 100% customer satisfaction - I thing not. Very disappointing.
