Nature's Beeline LLC

Dear buyer, each listing has full in-dept details with pictures of what is being offered sale. A safely line in not drawn on the candles as shown in our pictures, nor is any type of picker included with your purchase. Should these things be added to our candles in the future, we will disclose it in both the listing details and in the pictures. Our kong size candles can be bought in a 4 or 6 pack (2 or 3 pairs) or in bulk (10+ candles or more), but cannot be bought individually. We do not sell any candles individually, they must be in a boxed pack or bought in bulk. Since all US orders include free shipping, we cannot financially support selling 1 candle at a time, they must be bought in a pack or in bulk. As for directions of use, it seems you did not read the information label that comes with any ear candles we sell. The label says for directions of use, please refer to our website. On our website there are step-by-step directions and a recommended supplies list for using our candles. On the label, you will find information about the candles, directions, discloser for using them, and our website. In the future, please make sure to read the information label that comes with the candles.
