Not good at communication, but apparently honest

Took a gamble on this company's website because they have many sales on ebay. I ordered the 2400ml titanium pot for about $35 which is a good price, and it was shipped out of China. The shipping service is SF Express, but that wasn't listed on the website before ordering. I didn't know it was their policy that they don't deliver to PO boxes- which is where I had mine shipped. It looked like the package was being returned, so I requested a refund and the company quickly obliged- so good on them for that. But today I found it actually arrived! So I'm trying to pay them back. They don't seem very responsive to emails. Hoping they get better communication skills but altogether they seem very reputable so... 4 stars lol
