Zero Quality Control & Blame-Shifting Customer Support
I had a terrible experience ordering from BLX and strongly advise avoiding this site. I ordered two pairs of glasses, and neither one was usable:
Pair 1: The measurements were completely off, and the glasses don't fit.
Pair 2: Arrived with no prescription in the lenses at all.
I double- and triple-checked my prescription when entering it online, so the mistake was entirely on their end. When I contacted customer service to get this resolved, they refused to help and treated me terribly—telling me I didn't know how to enter my own information rather than taking accountability for their mistake.
A total waste of time and money. I won't be returning, and I hope this review saves someone else the headache.

Update to my below review: the company finally responded to my review here; however, they are blatantly lying: They stated that they tried to contact me, which is BS. I sent them multiple emails and filled out their form on their website: No response. Also, if they really wanted to contact me, they had my phone number and email on my original order. Also, they said they processed a refund: also a lie. I had to contact my credit card company and only after the mandatory 90 days did the transaction get reversed by my credit card company. If they wanted to refund my order, they could have done it a long time ago. Do not believe their canned responses to these reviews. The company is a fraud: the only contact information on their website is a Gmail account and the address they have listed is for a Regus office building mailbox. No physical address. Be careful if you order from them and do your homework!

Had I known that the only contact information on their site is a Gmail email and no phone number for support I would have never ordered. These glasses are great! And, so is the company. So, I have a big face. Like, it's wide. So, it's hard finding glasses that fit me. But, I've gotten 2 pairs from BXL already. 1st pair broke off at the nose pad, so I didn't really have a choice. BUT, I emailed the company & they gave me a brand new pair FOR FREE. Not only that, but they even let me pick a different pair, if I didn't want the same ones again. I actually didn't because, surprisingly, the ones I originally got looked too big on me, & I didn't like how the photochromic lenses didn't get dark enough for me (I have light sensitivity). So, I gotta slightly smaller pair instead - in the same style, they fit me PERFECTLY, AND I didn't have to add the transitioning lenses because these came with magnetic sunglass attachments; which is AWESOME. I wear these glasses 24/7 now. Literally! I fall asleep in them sometimes haha. But, I've even retired all my shades because the sunglass attachments for these are actually dark, & they look good. Almost like a pair of wayfarers 😎 So, I can finally go out with full HD vision, without sacrificing style, & still see life in full 8k quality lol 😆 My lady also thinks I look good in them too, so that's a plus 😉🤓

The quality of these glasses are fantastic. I think they're the best glasses I've ever owned. And they fit my head perfectly. I have the biggest head I've ever seen on a woman. And I got mid-range glasses. 153mm they even have larger classes if I would have needed. This company is fantastic. If you have any issues they get back to you right away. And you can't beat the price. And definitely look forward to my next pair.

Do not buy from this company. Glasses are cheaply made. When you ask for a refund they give you 15% of what you actually paid for. Horrible experience all around.

The glasses are fine but the prescription only covers the very middle of the lens. Looking even a little bit left or right there is little to no prescription coverage. This causes headaches versus my previous glasses that had better coverage. I won't buy glasses from you again because of this.

I have a very wide head, and this company has been a lifesaver. I need what would be described as an XXXL sunglasses, which it turns out is extremely difficult to find. Faded days here in the UK seems to be one other option but I didn't like their styles.
The quality seems very good with BXL, seems like they're somtimes made to order or assembled in China, and then shipped to you, so it's not super fast but with a slight wait the output is fantastic. will buy again!

Thanks for the quick delivery! The frames are really well made and both fit perfectly. I got two pair, one at 150mm and another at 155 and they both fit perfectly. My head is right between the two sizes. The lenses are great too. I appreciated that customer service reached out before manufacturing the glasses to make sure I wanted both sizes, also. I’ll be ordering again and recommending to other big-headed men! :-)

Perfect glasses for computer work - finally frames that fit!
I ordered the Echo frames in black with gradient tint as intermediate glasses for my computer work. After struggling for years to find glasses that fit my larger head properly, these are absolutely brilliant.
The fit is perfect. At 158mm width, they're comfortable all day with no pressure points or squeezing. The temples curve naturally around my head - no adjustments needed straight out of the box.
The prescription is spot on. I entered my intermediate prescription manually and everything at computer distance is crystal clear. What a difference after years of making do with the wrong strength!
The gradient tint is excellent for my light sensitivity. I have Uveitis which makes my eyes very sensitive to light, and this tint is perfect for long sessions at the computer - filters light without being too dark for screen work.
They look great too. The black aviator style is professional and modern, perfect for video calls. I actually feel good wearing these, which is rare for me with glasses.
Would definitely order from BXL again.
Highly recommend if you have a larger head or need comfortable glasses for computer work.
