I never actually received what I ordered, the woman just told me to fight with the post office about it, because she definitely had it delivered. So unless you just want to help support this woman personally in life with nothing in return, I wouldn't give her any money.
This company is using photos on their website of my pet dog, Jasper, next to 2 Maltipoo planters that we made ourselves from plans we purchased from Etsy. The planters in my photos they are using to sell their product were not even purchased from them! They don’t have my permission to use my photos of my planters especially the ones with my pet dog in them!
Yep, total scam. The ads show a sturdy, large adorable planter. What arrived was a flimsy, small, pile of junk. Total scam. I think there must be a special place in Hell for these jerks. And if there is, IT won't be a scam...it will be the real deal!
I ordered two cat planters for my spouse for Christmas. First problem was shipping - I ordered the planters months in advance and was "guaranteed" delivery by November when I ordered. The planters did not arrive until February. Second problem was the planters themselves - they are NOT planters! This company uses stolen images to advertise their products and the actual items are smaller than shown and are not planter boxes. The gaps in the bottom they claim are for drainage are so big you can't put any soil in them without it falling out. The colors were also wrong (our white cat planter was a weird greenish tan color) and do not cover the whole planter, just the front, leaving the sides, edges and back all white. They are also very hard to assemble, and I almost broke it trying to force the pieces together according to their assembly instructions. Finally, the worst issue is their customer service. I have screenshots of their own website claiming they will give you a full refund if you are not "100% satisfied" with your order, but was denied any help. I showed pictures of the issues with the planter vs. what was advertised, quoted their own refund policy, and reiterated my issues with shipping and they treated me like I was stupid for not realizing their planters were a scam. I even tried disputing the charge with my credit card for fraudulent services, but because I technically received something in the mail, that was denied too. Save yourself $40 on a cheap, crappy, scam product.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Product looks NOTHING like what they advertise on their "website" the photos of product on the website are stolen from an Etsy vendor page. They will not refund your money and try to claim it was a batch error when in reality it is their cheap materials and poor execution that is the error. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and expect a FULL refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM.
