I order a planter ovr a month ago. I keep getting emails tat it's in trancit. I'm tired of waiting and requested a refund. This is unacceptable. From Anita summers
No customer service satisfaction
The planters are awesome but the customer service is an oxymoron. According to my order confirmation, I did indeed order planters and personalized dog tags. When the tags did not arrive and after waiting a few days for a reply to my inquiry, I was told I deleted them from my order (?) and now have to go to the store (in Australia?) and buy them. What kind of nonsense is that? Geez.
This is a quality planter and the likeness to dog breed is amazing! I will be buying more fore gifts 🎁

I ordered a personalized large dog…
I ordered a personalized large dog planter and paid extra to expedite. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. When I got it, it was a small without the tag. I contacted them and provided the screeshot of the order requesting they make it right...at a minimum send the tag. They would not help. Offered for me to return on my dime and advised for me to pay insurance since it's going back to China. This $42.00 purchase would cost me more money to send back. This needs to be reported to the BBB. Do not buy from them. It's a scam.

DO NOT buy this product. While they look very sturdy and nice they are made out of garbage that feels like Styrofoam. as I was trying to assemble it gently the back leg snapped off. when i called them they said the were NOT able to provide a return or refund. I will let my bank go after these scammers. I am 100% convinced they pay people for these positive reviews.
Unable to cancel unshipped item
I ordered a breed, then realized they had the exact breed I was looking for. Within minutes, I wrote to the company to exchange the items. They could not understand how to do that, so I asked to cancel my order. For over a week they've emailed daily with promises to exchange the item if I will provide the item number. Item numbers are not provided. Over 8 times I've asked that the order be canceled, to speak with a manager, something, but they don't understand. Just how hard is it to cancel an order?

Poor product and extremely poor customer service!
Please do not purchase from this company. It is extremely difficult to assemble and because the planter came disassembled, you have to assemble yourself. This is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT because the pieces do not fir together easily. Due to this, one of the pieces cracked. When I sent my concerns to Melissa Thompson, she was not concerned and dismissive to me! I would suggest NOT PURCHASING this planter. Although the concept is beautiful, the product and customer service is horrible! I wish that I could give them both a zero star!
Not satisfied.
The size of the planters are ridiculously small. Not at all like their website. Material is flimsy ans probably wont last the summer outside. They are cute but not worth the price. Bought 1 for my sister and 1 for my mom for mother's day. A little embarrassed to give them. Would not recommend buying this product.
Dog planters DO NOT FIT!!
The pieces to the Dog planters did not fit properly! I bought three different breeds. Only one planter actually fit. I emailed them and they said to file down the wood til it fits. Really? They want me to do that?
Horrible
Horrible, horrible, horrible, .. Not only did I call the USPS with the tracking number that they told me was a fake and I had been scammed, but THEN I contacted the company thru messenger and they said they would refund my money if I removed my trust pilot review! Which I did.. then guess what?? NO REFUND!! So I’m back again! I hope this company goes under and kharma gets whose in charge! I work very hard as as a single mom working 3 jobs to deal with A SO called COMPANY outright stealing my money! And it was supposed to be a Christmas present for a family member that of course I never received and had to put a note in Xmas card saying sorry gift not here yet! Now to call them and say sorry I was scammed!!

Really wish I would have read reviews prior to suggesting it to my sons as a Christmas gift idea. Wouldn’t have had them waste their money. Where do I start… Ordered in Nov. and just recd. yesterday. Found out while checking shipment status that it was coming from China. Very flimsy, believe it partical board. Hard to put together. Tabs are bigger than holes. Pictures online show people using it outside. Doubt it will last one summer exposed to the elements. Probably will not return though because doubtful he will receive a refund.

Deceptive marketing. Assembly required cheaply made, and too small for a plant! Do not be fooled!! I would have sent back, but feared that I would not receive a refund! Do not buy!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered these for Christmas gifts, items were never received, they didn’t even send shipping info until almost a month later when I asked and now two different addresses are emailing me, I don’t even want the crap now after looking at everyone else’s experiences. I have stopped payment on my end. Beware!
Total scam
Total scam! Charged an outrageous price for what was not the same size as pictured in the description. This planter could maybe hold one small flower.
Adorable west highland terrier
I ordered the west highland terrier and it was absolutely adorable! Cuter than the photo. I got it for a gift, but now that I see it I am going to order another one with a different type of dog for my house.
