Hello Bett, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear your recent reading wasn't as satisfying as you had hoped. We understand how disappointing it can be when you feel you have to work to receive the insight you were looking for. Every psychic has their own unique reading style and approach. Some readers provide more guidance throughout the session, while others encourage a more interactive reading. It can also be helpful to go into a reading with a couple of questions or areas you'd like to focus on. This gives your psychic a clearer direction and helps make the most of your reading time, allowing them to provide insights on the topics that matter most to you. If you've had a good connection with certain psychics in the past, let us know who they were, and we'd be happy to recommend other readers with a similar reading style. We offer live support 24/7 at 1-800-PREDICT (800-773-3428).
