California Psychics

Hello Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the predictions from your readings have not yet come to pass and that your experience has left you feeling disappointed. We understand that many customers seek guidance during important and emotional times, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns. While every psychic has their own unique reading style and approach, we recognize that not every reading will resonate with every customer. We want to be a place where both clients and psychics feel at peace and have a positive experience. We use any constructive reviews in an effort to help psychics improve their services, but we don’t post them online. We do hear those customers who feel we should change this policy and we are still considering how we want to portray reviews differently in the future. If you'd like to explore a different reading style or connect with another psychic, our Customer Care team would be happy to provide personalized recommendations based on the topics, tools, and reading style you feel work best for you. We offer live support 24/7 at 1-800-PREDICT (800-773-3428).
