Hello Marlene! We're really sorry the colors didn’t meet your expectations. Our pieces are made with natural stones, so each bead can vary in shade, tone, and pattern depending on the batch it comes from. On top of that, lighting during photography and individual screen settings can also affect how colors appear online compared to real life. We always do our best to represent each design as accurately as possible, but slight variations are what make every piece unique. We truly appreciate you giving us a try, and your feedback is noted as it helps us improve going forward. 🙏💞
