Regarding the UPS charge, this is a standard import/customs fee applied by the courier or customs authorities when orders are delivered outside the EU. As noted in our Shipping Policy: “If you are buying from outside of the European Union, you may face additional charges including import customs duties and VAT. All custom fees are the liability of the customer. We are not able to cover or refund these fees.” We completely understand that these charges can be unexpected, but they are unfortunately outside of our control and processed directly by your country’s customs.

We strongly believe this feedback may be intended for a different company. We’re genuinely disappointed to see a review like this, especially as it does not reflect a real experience with our company. We do not offer any "tap to pay" cards. We've tried reaching out to the reviewer, but received no response and no proof of purchase has been provided. Unfortunately, we cannot verify this as a genuine customer experience. We take pride in our service and products, and it’s disheartening to receive misleading feedback that confuses potential customers.
