I am very happy about the services provided by Caremondo
Eye cataract Surgery Warsaw
To put in context. I was diagnosed with eye cataract and needed to have surgery quickly to enable me to continue working. I live in Belfast N.Ireland and it would have taken over 2 years for appointment. The private costs in NI over £2000. More by luck than anything came across Caremondo- and I must say at first I was very nervous at idea of going abroad and secondly providing personal details on line. Indeed i very nearly pulled out. But I have to say my adviser Linda was superb in communicating with me, organising appointments that suited my days and times (contacted May had appointments organised for July on exact dates I provided). The information on pre op procedure and post op care was very reassuring. When it was possible the fees were very clearly layed out and proved to save me £1000. The facilities and services and staff at Warsaw Retina Eye hospital were very professional attentive and carried out their roles extremely well. I was nervous and heaven forbid it but if needed to I would not hesitate to contact Caremondo and I would recommend to anyone having to travel abroad for medical care

The email and telephone exchanges with Caremondo were prompt and constructive and a genuine effort was made to identify a good treatment option. In the end the diagnosis of the underlying condition changed and no use was made of Carmondo's services.

Honesty - Professionalism - Dedication
I dealt with Caremondo staff and found them very helpful, supportive and honest. I asked for consultation. They took my medical reports and routed them to different specialists and came back with their foundation without looking for it from financial profit angle. They did not depend in their communication on the email only but also by calling me through phone. They were very reliable in giving me the time in explaining my medical issues. The medical center selected "OCM" in Germany and the Professor and center crew were excellent in dealing with me in my opinion. Special thank to Caremondo professionals; initially Dr. Amith Kumar and at the end Dr. Sultan Arnous for their kindness, dedication and professionalism.

Caremondo - Caring and patient
I have booked up a trip to Budapest to visit a dental consultant to assess my gums as a potential candidate for implants. My visit to Hungary has been organised by a Caremondo specialist Dr Arnous who organised flights to and from the UK, a car to pick me up at the airport in Budapest and transport me to an excellent hotel. Dr Arnous arranged my appointment with the dental experts and gave me much more guidance and advice. May I also state that Dr Arnous is very patient and polite man. Thanks again Peter Gibson
