I was having trouble finding a compatible CarPlay adapter that was Firestick compatible. An associate at carlink did their research and made sure I was ordering the correct device. Received, device is working great. Thanks again

Helpful staff confirmed which adapter I needed to send Android Auto to my car over Apple Carplay. Their Carlinkit 4.0 has this feature. My 2020 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth disables touchscreen if you send Android Auto over Android Auto but it allows for touchscreen in Apple CarPlay so you beam one through the other and boom, touchscreen Android Auto.

Autokit updates
I bought an Autokit T2C for my Telsa 3 two years ago. It worked well until Telsa updated its software and I haven't used it since. I reached out to customer support days ago and they sent me the instructions to reset to factory setting and download updates. The Autokit came back to life!

Carlinkkit 5.0 poor quality poor service
I bought a carlink 5.0 device and broke after a couple of months. I tried contacting the support at supportatcarlinkit.com but no one bother to respond. Poor quality and poor reliability
Support not responsive.
I bought a carlinkit mini directly from the carlinkit.store. It broke down after 2 months (no connections on WiFi or BT or with the car). But their support keeps telling me that a should contact their support. Not very helpfull.

Top notch customer support
I received the dongle relatively quickly, but had some issues with viewing full screen vs half screen in my ram. It turned out to be related to the vehicles infotainment system, but they worked with me to get it resovled. Then had some issues with google maps in android auto mode. They continued to work me through this. Our support thread was around 30 messages long. The support from this group was top notch. Uconnect 5 in the rams has been garbage and this dongle works better than what came with the vehicle now that it is up and running. Thank you to the support group for their help.

Fast customer service, and great resolution. Changed and upgraded my device free of cost due to a issue in the device.
They went unresponsive and then solved very nicely.
EDIT: After a while, they answered my complaint and solved it elegantly. They replaced it for free with free transportation. I was surprised! I ordered a dongle from them. It worked perfectly for two months. After that suddenly it stopped, so I contacted them. They went fully unresponsive. Even though, I just requested some advice on it. I assume they won't reach out to me, and I will end up with the damage.

Be careful with them!
Be careful with this company! They sent a defective useless item from Germany and they went unresponsive after that. After opening a Paypal dispute, they demanded I send it back to China on my expense (while it came from Germany). So, they took my money and I have nothing in return. I think this is the very definition of scam.
