Thank you for your feedback! The order was placed on May 13th and on May 14th we reached out to you stating that per the VIN number the incorrect engine was ordered and we did not have the engine needed for this Motorhome. On August 26th the customer agreed to an engine provided by the dealership. The engine shipped on August 28th and delivered on September 2nd. We reached out on 4 attempts as well as left voicemails prior to the agreement on August 26th. Should you need documentation with the date and time of each call, we will gladly oblige.

Unfortunately, we do not show you as being our customer.
Thank you for your feedback! A refund was not issued due to a chargeback being filed. The mechatronic for this unit and should have been replaced by your repair facility. Please see communication per your mechanic:
pc to Genaro, says unit was installed and they replaced the filter and used factory fluid, says it went to the dealer for programming, I asked it the mechatronic was replaced and he said no, he got argumentative about that and says our unit comes with one, I explained that on a recycled part they need replaced.
Furthermore, per Trustpilot guidelines reviews cannot be fake since they are verified. Having been in digital marketing for 17 years one should know that.
Unfortunately, we do not show you as being one of our customers. Please provide us with your order number as the remanufactured engines have no fault warranty and would not be denied
This is interesting because you ordered a part on July 22nd and it shipped on July 26th and delivered on July 30th. You filed a chargeback after the part was delivered claiming fraud. Thank you for confirming that you are the purchaser now it can in fact be related to the bank. How can you claim anything about the warranty if the part was delivered yesterday that you stated to the bank you did not purchase. There is no warranty filed since the part was delivered yesterday and you claimed that you didn't order the part and only support local businesses.
Interesting the price paid was $2875.
1. Shipping was requested to a residential address, therefore ,a liftgate fee was applied to your order
2. Your mechanic is not a licensed repair facility but rather a friend working from home.
3. Installation Instructions require the transmission cooler to be replaced, NOT the whole cooling system you are stating. We are not quite sure where the 1000.00 is coming from.
If you had experienced any issues with the delivery the freight company would have notified us. The area being delivered to was a mobile park and it ultimately up to the freight company's discretion on being able to navigate drop off. There was no deception of what part was purchased. Proper installation of the unit guarantees it success.
