We appreciate that! Delivering quality flooring and strong customer service is what we strive for. Thanks for choosing Carpet Express!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating situations like this can be. Based on our records, there was a disagreement regarding the material after pickup, and our team worked with both you and the freight carrier to coordinate a return solution as quickly as possible. Freight returns—especially on large carpet rolls—can involve coordination with third-party carriers and handling requirements that are unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, our goal is always to help guide customers through the process and find the most practical resolution available. We are currently reviewing the details of this situation internally to ensure everything was handled appropriately. If there is anything further we can do to assist, please reach out to our team directly so we can continue working toward a resolution.
