Amazing service and install
Lagretta went above and beyond to find the flooring we needed and Bryan did an amazing job on the install. Highly recommend working with them!
Thank you Mrs. Joyce
My experience was great because Mrs. Joyce went above and beyond for me. She made me feel comfortable picking out carpet and underlay. She explained that the company is in Georgia and I live in Massachusetts that it will have to be delivered by freight. She explained the prices and I asked can I pick it up from the where they drop it off instead of it coming to my house and she arranged that. She is great! The company is amazing because there prices are great. I also told my cousin about the company so he can order carpet. I will also order again when I need it for when my tenants move out. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Another perfect performance from Carpet Express.
Worked with Jim Young 5 years ago and replaced all our floors with LVP and some carpet. Carpet Express was great to work with and when we decided to replace the carpet and have LVP throughout the house, there was only one place to call. That was Jim Young at Carpet Express. Once again the project is complete and we couldn't be more pleased.
