Carpet Express has been absolutely exceptional, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company, especially Lindam After losing our home in a fire, it took four long years to rebuild, and having caring, compassionate professionals by our side during that process meant more than I can ever convey. from the beginning, the team at Carpet Express treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care. in the middle of such a difficult journey, they brought comfort and reassurance every step of the way. Linda, in particular, was extraordinary. when we discovered a manufacturing defect in the carpet in one of our larger rooms, she took charge immediately and guided us through the entire claim process from start to finish. she handled everything with incredible professionalism and compassion, including working with the manufacturer, coordinating shipping, arranging removal, and making sure the reinstallation was completed. she made a stressful situation feel manageable, and that kind of service is rare. I will never be able to thank Linda enough for how much she helped

Sonja was great to work with. The carpet is due to arrive on May 11. I ordered from Ohio and the carpet price was a good deal. My only issue so far is the costs of shipping and for the costs they won’t help unload.

The carpet delivered was incorrect

The carpet delivered was incorrect. The representative from their claim department was uncooperative. She pressured us to lift the heavy carpet and deliver it to the freight center even though it was not our mistake. We spent two hours coordinating with carpet express and the freight center. It was an extremely stressful situation for us. We had to spend twice the money in labor.
