100% success rate - a complete course for interview prep
Thanks to the GYM program, I got offers from five management consulting firms - 100% success rate. Including McKinsey and BCG. My story: after wasting over one month on understanding what a case interview actually was, I decided to join Francesco's GYM program. Here's what I got. - I learnt everything one should know on how to crack a BUSINESS CASE, structuring / creativity / market sizing / business acumen - yes you can get all this from a course. - Access to a network of WELL PREPARED candidates I could case with (I finally stopped wasting time with unprepared strangers). - A ton of MATERIAL dedicated to the rest of the interview process: fit / PEI / online tests / industries / more. - Bonus: the real CONFIDENCE you need to nail the interviews. One of the most Difficult aspect while I was preparing for consulting interviews was getting to know how to prepare. Before meeting Francesco I got rejected by Oliver Wyman and after being mentored by him I managed to get an offer at all MBB firms in Switzerland. Francesco provided me with a simple and structured approach to crack the interview. After the GYM program with him I knew how to crack the structure of mostly every case. Besides focusing on the cases, Francesco was also really helpful with the preparation of fit questions. He gave me sample questions and examples on how I should have answered. Totally worth the investment!!

The GO-TO coach you deserve! I took a 5-session GYM program with Francesco. It is a very organized and helpful program that benefited me a lot. It successfully helped me get an offer from MBB Greater China. Francesco has developed customized frameworks for each case type and compiled basic knowledge for industries. These materials helped me build a solid foundation for case preparation. I found these extremely helpful for people like me who don't have much exposure to a lot of industries. Also, he gave detailed feedback that help me review after each session. He was always patient and precise, enabling me to make fast progress.
Highly recommended case prep program!
Edit: Received offers from LEK and Simon Kucher London! Managed to have R1/R2 interviews with most of the MBB/T2 firms, but withdrew from most after I got offers from LEK (my personal target firm). The GYM program by Francesco is a fantastic way to build your logical structures and craft your frameworks in a flexible manner. Even though I had relatively little casing experience prior to joining his classes, his classes fixed a lot of the underlying problems with my approach to cases and accelerated my learning enormously. If I were to list the benefits of joining the GYM program, it would be threefold: 1) Very specific feedback. Francesco provides a detailed 2-3 page grading rubric after each session and narrows down the specific area of improvement. I find this much more helpful as compared to advice you may receive during case practice (eg: work on communication, structure). 2) In-depth understanding. His methodology to teaching case frameworks is effective in the sense that he helps you understand how to structure and why it is structured that way. This really helps me understand how to change my framework flexibly to suit cases which I have not encountered before. 3) Quality case material. The case material Francesco has prepared stands out as excellent and comprehensive. While some of this information may be available online, his material concisely presents all these in an organised manner, while including his own personal insights into case interviews. Overall, I don't think any of the free case materials online holds a candle to what Francesco offers. Preparing for case interviews can honestly be quite a daunting task, considering how competitive it is and the uncertainty of whether you are practicing effectively or not. I felt that this program gave me the proper guidance I needed to shape my case interview skillset. I would wholeheartedly recommend this program to those who are committed to enter the consulting industry, but have trouble acing their case interviews.
Great Program
Francesco's Gym program was instrumental in me receiving an offer at Bain. Having gone through more than a dozen other resources I can hands down recommend it. Francesco shares a comprehensive, well thought-out and very comprehensive set of proprietary tools to face any case interview with confidence. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner, ideally after having read 1 book / having watched a handful of youtube case videos. At that stage the GYM program would've completely turbocharged my prep and taught me good case habits BEFORE doing dozens of cases with other partners and developing bad case habits that needed fixing with Francesco's methods. Overall I'm sure anyone interested in consulting, especially MBB will find this program a worthy investment.
Highly recommend Francesco and the GYM program
Francesco is a great mentor. I received an offer to join McKinsey US and recommend him to anyone who needs guidance and support throughout the whole recruiting process. His coaching is extremely effective as he is knowledgeale, patient and great at explaining. He really goes above and beyond to make sure I understand everything and have no confusion by the end of each session. He also precisely identifies areas I needed to work on and gave me actionable feedback live and in written form. It was great to have someone help me to see my strength and weaknesses. In addition, he is very responsive with my questions offline. In my opinion, the GYM program is well designed, and Francesco teaches you how to solve cases and communicate effectively. And all the supplemental materials (i.e. frameworks, industry overview...) were very helpful as well. His sessions helped me to best utilize my time and to achieve the results with very limited time. In summary, Francesco's sessions were worth it. It is pricy indeed but once you get an offer, in a way it pays for itself.
Absolutely worth the money if you have done your homework and are serious in getting into consulting
I got both McKinsey and BCG offers with no previous work experience. The two main things I got out of the program are 1) time saved and 2) confidence. 1.1) I booked the program in the middle of my preparation when I was already getting pretty good at understanding the structuring part. Nevertheless, the material provided helped me save time in grasping the essence of structuring even deeper, what could have taken me dozens of training interviews more to achieve. And I can easily understand how taking the GYM program earlier during your preparation can save even more time. 1.2) One of the greatest value from the program for me was also all the additionnal material for preparing for the various numeric tests, the industry overviews, fit frameworks etc... These are also resources/competencies that you might get/achieve alone as well but having it all gathered and enhanced is such a time saver for your prep. 2.1) I was rejected by all "tier 2" because of my lack of professional experience, thus I couldn't quite test live and it's very hard to assess when practising with other students. Francesco's scale/marking gave me a precise understanding of what is expected as well as a highlight of my weaknesses. 2.2) Another crucial point worth mentioning is that I didn't follow the usual GYM program order of sessions almost at all.. At first I needed help on CV/Cover, Francesco helped me on that. Then mock, then some structuring, then final mock, something like that. The point here is that Francesco adapted the sessions to what I told him I needed to work on, very tailored. 2.3) Francesco gave me some tips and tricks to reach out to consultants which helped me immensely in multiple ways. I could have insights on the different firms thus standing out from my peers during interviews, and also creating a friendship with these people that I could reach out to in between turns to ask for feedback/help. Now onto the other side: the program will not land you an offer by itself. It takes a) time, b) willingness and c) hard work to reach the required level to land a great offer. Thus, the first thing I advise you do is ensure you are b) willing to go into consulting through networking on your own and getting a grasp of what consulting is. Then, if you are sure to do that, reflect on the best ways to save a) time and c) work smarter not harder while reinforcing b) your willingness, which is essentiel for partner level interview. And yes, coaching is a great way to do that. That's what I got out of this program at least. It is expensive for a student, I know it, but well worth it if it makes the difference for the next 3+ years of your life. Having the luxury to chose between such firms is not given to many, give yourself the best chances to be one of them.
