Highly recommend Francesco and the GYM program
Francesco is a great mentor. I received an offer to join McKinsey US and recommend him to anyone who needs guidance and support throughout the whole recruiting process. His coaching is extremely effective as he is knowledgeale, patient and great at explaining. He really goes above and beyond to make sure I understand everything and have no confusion by the end of each session. He also precisely identifies areas I needed to work on and gave me actionable feedback live and in written form. It was great to have someone help me to see my strength and weaknesses. In addition, he is very responsive with my questions offline. In my opinion, the GYM program is well designed, and Francesco teaches you how to solve cases and communicate effectively. And all the supplemental materials (i.e. frameworks, industry overview...) were very helpful as well. His sessions helped me to best utilize my time and to achieve the results with very limited time. In summary, Francesco's sessions were worth it. It is pricy indeed but once you get an offer, in a way it pays for itself.
