This was a counterfeit or falsely advertised product. When I sought reimbursement I received no further communication from the company. Avoid their products.

Item delivered was counterfeit

Item delivered was counterfeit. Was adverted as and made to look like a genuine Apple product but it was not. Also, the link to the tracking instructions provided did not work so never knew when the product would arrive. Would not purchase from Caseovo again.

NEVER EVER AGAIN

Everything was wrong. Getting the watch band took much longer than expected. The quality band is awful and did not fit the watch. I emailed the company for more than a month asking for a refund and they never responded. It’s one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with And would never recommend to anyone. And to this day, I still have not heard back from the company about a refund.

It can improve by returning money owed for receiving broken items stop making returns expensive and difficult to return and when you promise to reimburse and 4 months later I’m still trying to receive my money have several emails saying you can’t pay due to insufficient funds then you have sent it and when I asked for proof you again said insufficient funds will never trust this company again

No notification on purchase forms of shipping from overseas (China), very long ship time 12-14 days (order form showed 6 days) inability to return. Shipping was shown as free but when cancelled, they all of a sudden said part of purchase price was shipping, wouldn't refund. That ILLEGAL to show "FAKE" free shipping

CASEOVO MAGSAFE CASE PREVENTS CHARGING OF PHONE

Hey I bought a magesafe silicone iPhone case from Caseovo. When on the phone and connected to the MagSafe charger, the phone doesn't charge. I have to take the Caseovo cover off the phone to get it to charge or use a plug in charger on the phone. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!!! BUY A TRUE APPLE PHONE COVER. THE RETURN POLOCY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS A JOKE. WAIST OF MONEY!

Counterfeit but fine if you are aware

Counterfeit, possibly made in same factory but not going to pair with Apple device like a legit wallet would. It still meets my need, I just wish you could skip the deception. These values mean I will not purchase from this company again.
