Deserves less than 1 star. I wish I checked out the reviews before hand. I received my dress today and it looks NOTHING like the photo. I should have known better, but I try to not treat every random clothing brand like they are scammers. It looks like it would be pointless to even try to return so I’m going to make the best of it and connect with a semesters I know and make it my own. It’s so disappointing when you try to support companies and they end up being scammers. Smh. What a waste of money.
Wish I had of read these reviews earlier, their product is disgusting. You do not receive anything like the photos. It is cheap and nasty. I have ordered clothing online from other companies before and received much better quality and a lot cheaper. I wish there was a minus on the reviews they don't deserve a star at all.
First of all it took longer to arrive at my. home, then the dress wasn't the one I ordered. The material was cheap! Also it didn't have any tags on the dress. I looked to send it back, but their email to send it back didn't even work. So I am stuck with it. What a scam, now I know why I hardly order on line unless I do know the company is reliable. took a chance my mistake.
Hello all. I hope you read this before visiting this website. First and importantly, have a look at the website yourself: cavelantern.com. Stop what you're doing and ust look at it. Properly. Do you genuinely believe in your heart that the images advertised can cost so little and be sent exactly like that? Think about it... I'll give you a moment. Actually, it's very simple. The answer is a hugggee No. They are selling, for example, a regal embroidery hoodie for £24 that would realistically cost £150. The product will never look like what they have advertised. Even worse, you risk getting caught in a scam system, which they exist as a scam company. Do you really want to cause yourself unnecessary worries and problems when you could simply visit Shein or Temu, where they have cheaper options that are much closer to the images (although not perfectly accurate)? But, clearly, for this company, anyone who purchases from them hereafter would be doing themselves and us a disservice. They know who they are. You are their next victim, all of us, who think we can pay so little and get grand embroidery work of art clothing. Then again, you can't complain after you read the reviews, because even we all have some level of intelligence. When our gut says 'No', let that be final.
Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. DO NOT order from this company. The item that I purchased doesn't look even remotely like the item in the picture that I ordered. Waited weeks for delivery, which arrived today and to say I'm disgusted by what arrived in the post is an understatement! Absolutely disgraceful!
Total fraud.
I ordered a beautiful embroider shirt in cotton and linen and I got a 100% synthetic, ugly shirt with flower prints. Not even close to the picture of what I had ordered.
Did not even order here but you can tell straight away this is a scamming company. Just helping along giving this company a bad reputation and hope no one will order.
I placed an order with a company called Cavalentern The items I received were completely different from the products advertised online both the fabric and design were not as shown in the pictures. The materials I received look like cheap curtain fabric instead of wearable clothing.
When I tried to return the items, the company refused the return even though their policy states that if a product is not as described, a refund will be issued upon return. They first asked me to send pictures, which I did. The second time, they again requested pictures. I then asked for a return label to send the items back and get my refund, but they replied that because the items were on discount which they themselves had applied — their sales rules no longer applied. After that, they stopped responding to my messages.
I later discovered that Cavalentern operates under multiple company names using the same bank account, which indicates a possible scam network. No one want to received what they never ordered .
After sending me an item different, not to mention inferior, to the one I ordered they said they couldn’t give me a refund unless I sent the item to an address in China. The postage would have been nearly as much as the item originally cost. Now they’re not replying to my emails. Stay away from this company they are scammers.
