SCAM ! ! ! ! , I only gave one star because I couldn't give no stars, you will receive a shoddy poor quality item that does not resemble online picture, you'll wait weeks for delivery, item comes from Hong Kong not London, good luck with a refund.

I placed order on May 1th!! I needed for an event on many 13th! Chase down the delivery, it never Arrived!! Damn customer service, they do NOTHING !!! This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY!! BUYERS BEWARE!! This company absolutely SUCKS !!!
I placed an order with this company on 18 April 2026. Today it's 29 May 2026, I still have not received my order. No one cares enough to contact me and guide me on what's happening. They only respond to email with a one sentence when I contact them. As it is they have not yet given me a waybill number to be able to track my order. Please be careful when you order from this company. I've never experienced anything like this before.
I would like to report a company called Cave Iantern. A few months ago, I purchased a coat from them that looked very impressive in the photos and cost around $80. I was willing to invest that amount in exchange for a high-quality, well-designed product as presented on the website. However, what I actually received was a product that looked nothing like the photos, made from cheap fabric, with very poor stitching and an unflattering cut. Unfortunately, the company refused to take the product back and refund my money, even though I requested to cancel the transaction as soon as the coat arrived.
Really wish I had read these reviews before I purchased a dress. Everything you read here is true.. when it arrived it was absolutely nothing like the dress I ordered, it is bad quality crap and trying to return and get money back is a nightmare. Money down the drain.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE! Totally fraudulent advertising. Clothes are cheap imitations of the items advertised, different fabrics, details, etc. Just cheap crap. When you try and return they just keep offering you small percentage refunds. I have had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and that was after giving them three chances to refund my money.
Please please whatever to do not buy anything I ordered a dress which was a not what the website shows. They threw on a digital print that was used and ripped. All the dresses you see is not there’s they take the image and give you a different colour like it’s not there’s sane fabric no lace it’s just a digital print thrown on shiny paper like material. Please don’t buy anything when I contacted them they refused to do anything.
Less than one star! Do not order from them! Nothing like the photos they claim or quality of the product you order to what you receive. I bought what were to be leather and in fact nothing like the picture and or leather. I did email them and got a response saying this… Dear customer, We fully understand that there are some discrepancies between the clothes you received and the pictures in terms of design and color, which has caused you a poor shopping experience. We sincerely apologize for this. Due to differences in production batches, there may be slight variations in fabric dyeing. Additionally, there can be color differences due to shooting lighting and display devices. The actual items may have slight differences from the pictures, which is a normal production phenomenon. To express our apology, we are willing to offer you a 20% refund compensation. Do you think this solution is acceptable? Please let us know your intention. We hope to receive your understanding and support. Best wishes! I laughed reading it! What utter garbage and misleading advertising. Save yourself the headache and don’t order from them!
I would give this company NO STARS if it were an option. I ordered an item and did not receive a belt that went with the jean romper outfit. Also beware because the merchandise is INFERIOR cheap and does not even match what is advertised. This company in China uses BOTS (fake women) to place their clothing on which is very very deceitful. CAUTION.....please adhere and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Cavelatern. It is a SHAM! If I could I would upload the comparison because I took photos of what was sent to me compared side by side with what was advertised on CAVELATERN site.
What I received is not AT ALL what I ordered. I ordered an off the shoulder denim midi dress for $50. I received what looks like a blue polyester type fabric hospital gown. It’s almost laughable.
Awful, scamming company. It took 2 months for my dress to ship and when I received it, it was NOTHING like the picture. They use AI pics that look nothing like what you receive and since it was shipped overseas they will not issue a refund unless I pay for it to be shipped back!!
The dress I ordered is not even close of what I received. The dress in the pic was beautiful the one I received is rubish !! I asked then 100% refund!! Let see .PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING!!
The quality is terrible. The tailoring is absolutely awful, and the model doesn’t match the photos at all. It looks like a completely different dress, just in a similar color. It does not resemble the photos in any way. It’s honestly shocking that something like this is being sold. I don’t understand how this company hasn’t gone bankrupt yet. Do not buy under any circumstances. You will be disappointed and very upset.

Do NOT trust this company! I ordered a dress, it arrived 2 weeks late and it was NOT the dress I ordered. I reached out to the customer service email that is on the website, and their response was that their merchant doesn't always have the EXACT piece pictured, so they send something close. Their return policy states we can return items within 14 days of receipt, but they wanted me to pay for shipping. HORRIBLE customer service! They expected me to pay to return the wrong item they sent me. Heck no! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
The delivered goods deserve only one name: trash! The return process is completely confusing, as the goods are handed over to a logistics provider in Germany and then there is no sender to be found anymore. It then turns out that the costs for returning the goods abroad have to be paid. In short, I would describe the website as a scam.
I DON'T think you want to improve. I should have read the revieuws. DON'T buy anything.
Beyond a horrible experience. The thick weight, non-dimensional, pale, printed granny shirt I received a month after ordering a flowy, breezy, embroidered, dimensional, ethereal shirt bears NO resemblance to the photos on the site. There appears to be no mechanism for refund or return. Should be shut down for fraud.
