Very poor service. My parcel has gone missing, and the courier has confirmed this and apologised. Despite that, the shop has done nothing to arrange either a refund or a replacement. I haven’t received any communication from them whatsoever, even after I contacted them about the issue. Extremely disappointing customer service.

I used these floor clean sheets the day they arrived and they were brilliant! Absolutely brilliant! You just place one sheet into about 3 litres of water and once dissolved you simply mop your floors. The entire super cleanliness of my floors were done quickly.
