We are truly so sorry for the loss of your dog. We understand how overwhelming that time can be, and we never want to add to that stress. While our refund policy allows 30 days from delivery, your order was placed in November 2025 and falls outside of that timeframe. That said, we do take feedback like yours seriously and will be reviewing this situation internally as we continue evaluating our policies. We genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience, and we are sending you our heartfelt condolences during this difficult time.

Thanks for sharing your honest experience! We’re really sorry to hear the product didn’t support your dog’s anxiety the way you hoped. Every pet responds differently, and we understand how frustrating that can be. We also hear your feedback on the refund policy and appreciate you being honest about how that felt.
