Mobility

They seen to constantly have problems with there return policy
I saw a couple of the bad reviews saying that the return policy is only for un opened bottles well I’m here to tell you my bottle is closed and here’s the message I got . “Hi , Thank you for your reply. We cannot accept products back at our facility, whether opened or unopened, for quality and safety reasons. Returned items are not resold in order to maintain our highest quality standards. Additionally, we do not accept returns simply because an order is no longer needed or due to shipping transit times As mentioned previously, your order has already shipped and therefore cannot be canceled. Once your order has been delivered, if you no longer wish to keep the products, please reach back out to us. We'd be happy to discuss any partial refund or store credit options that may be available under our customer satisfaction policy.” Needless to say I will not be ordering from a business with such bad customer service This is there Return & Refund Policy We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund, partial refund, or store credit. This is how they do business . I was trying to return it so I could rather get it locally since I paid for expedite shipping and it was taking to long. However I agree with the other reviews this company seems more money driven then integrity driven. I’m not satisfied and for some reason they have every excuse in the book . There policy does not clearly state that you can’t return simply because of shipping issuesIt’s not clear . If this matter is not resolved I will be leaving a review on the better business bureau, and possibly a consumer complaint on the California Department of Justice because the return policy is misleading and an unfair business practice . I don’t want this to continue to happen to People .

To reiterate what we've explained via email, we do not accept returned products of any kind, whether opened or unopened, for quality and safety reasons. We instead ask you to donate any unused products to friends, family or a local shelter that could better benefit. In your case, your order had already shipped (yesterday) and therefore could not be canceled. While we were unable to cancel the shipment or accept a return simply because you chose to purchase elsewhere, we did offer you the option to request a refund or store credit once the order had been delivered, in accordance with our policy. We strive to apply our policies consistently and fairly for all customers while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards for our products. We appreciate your feedback and wish you and your pet the very best.

Fantastic company & products
Fantastic company & products! My miniature Dachshund Norman uses the EASE tincture & I am so happy with it. He is almost 10 years old & it has been helping him stay healthy, mobile, & have less joint stiffness. Love it!

Great Customer Service!
I was not really able to use the product because my kitty passed away the day after I received it, so this review is purely based on the customer service. I emailed them about what happened, and they promptly replied with their condolences and gave me instructions on how to request a refund. Their website is user-friendly, professional, and legit. Their customer service is fantastic and fast. Thank you!

I would give this company 100 stars if I could. I have a shar pei and she was experiencing shar pei fever. Someone suggest their CBD Heal and she has not had a fever in 100 days and this was my one addition. I think it has cut down on her inflammation and helped heal her body. I call it liquid gold. Love it! Made in America too!

A local pet store recommended Remedy gel for my cat's fast growing tumor that the vet wouldn't operate on anymore. It's shrunk in size and totally changed texture. It's really incredible!

Just about done ....The CBD has been a godsend of a product for my 22 yr old ( on Memorial Day ) Shitzu . Waiting to get paid so i can reorder . Eventuall i want auto ship every month cant quite do it yet . I would recommend this product for stiffness , cognitive function , seizures , overall health etc .
