Richard, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with our website. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when discount codes don’t stack as expected. Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, subscriptions, or auto shipments since those already include a 25% discount. Discount codes are applicable only to one-time purchase items. However, if you have any rewards or FX Bucks available, you can redeem them while logged into your account, and these can be combined with subscriptions or other discount codes. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us continually improve the online experience for all our customers. CBDfx Team

We're so sorry for any inconvenience you’ve experienced with your subscription and cancellation process. According to our records, your subscription was renewed on July 25th, and although you can cancel your subscription anytime through your account, the cancellation was processed on July 27th, two days after the renewal. Please keep in mind that cancellations need to be made before the order is processed to prevent future shipments. We also want to assure you that your return request  has been received, and we will promptly process your refund once the return is completed. Thank you for your understanding, CBDfx Team
