This is a scam website. Please avoid using it. They charged my PayPal account after I used the trial version to send an SMS, which cost $0.56. That's fair; I was prepared to pay that. A month later, I checked PayPal and saw they were repeatedly charging $76 each. I couldn't find a way to contact their support, but I reached them by email and provided all the details. They refused my refund and were very rude. I strongly advise against trusting or using any of their services.
Total scam they charged me $45 I've never used them ever let alone signed up for a subscription only way to contact em is through a dodgy email that goes to some other organisation who handles there complaints .thieving grubs got my money back from my bank straight away but still they can't prove to me where and what I subscribed too
So, this is the email that I received a response from when I was fraudulently charged $49.80 by a company called Mobilocator. (not able to post)
The charge on my bank statement came from postlithinium. Mobilocator says it is not them. The people at the other end of the email I received pretend they don't understand what I am asking. They are overseas somewhere! This is such a scam!
Absolute SCAM they hit me for 60c and that’s okay as I agreed to that and then everyday since they have tried to take random amounts of money out of my account constantly.
DO NOT SIGN UP, I used Apple Pay to pay the original 60c and somehow they have set up a recurring PayPal payment that keeps trying to take my money every day.
I would give no stars if this was an option. Total scam - do not use. I was conned when installing a video doorbell and clicked on something in the set up instructions which enabled Chamspy to help themselves to £49.80. I complained immediately but they are impossible to deal with and renowned for not repaying people.
I was charged €49 without my prior notification or acceptance of any such charge, it seems using any of there one time low cost services automatically ropes you into a monthly subscription without clearly stating as much. Any attempt to contact them has been completely in vain endless hold times and then "accidental" cut-offs causing you to have to restart the whole holding process all over again. Ive blocked them on my revolute account and reported them for fraudulent charges.
This company is a SCAM. I used them for a one time reverse phone number identification and they charged me .68 us, that was fine and expected but the next day they charged my CC with a monthly recurring fee of USD 49.80!! this is an issue since nowhere on any communications I've had with them did they mention that they would be a monthly fee, if I didn't cancel within 24 hours! They do not offer person to person service and only use a chatbot. Buyer be aware!
