I have engaged ChanceUpon in my previous company for a 4 months project. I must say I take my hat off to them. That project might take me a year to complete should I use internal resources. However, in the hands of Chanceupon's talents it took less than 4 months to complete. That is unimaginable.
Chanceupon has enabled faster time to market by helping us set up on-demand design teams within days - this process would have taken months with traditional options. Crystal has made every step of the process so seamless that we did not have to spend any unnecessary time on onboarding or training. Even after setting up the on-demand teams, she personally checks with me about the progress of our campaigns and ensures our complete satisfaction. While most agencies have a cookie-cutter approach to marketing requirements, Crystal came in to actually understand our working processes, digital products, and marketing goals. She has demonstrated an extensive understanding by offering the specialized talent and teams we needed for our design and creative production needs. I’d love to work with her and team in the future.
Chanceupon's facilitation of the process between the client and myself was seamless. They were helpful and reliable from engagement to execution of the project, which made it a pleasure working with. Looking forward to taking on future projects together (:
I had a great time working with Crystal and it’s really awesome experience with ChanceUpon. Crystal takes her time to understand my need, my career experience and she will guide and support me to achieve my goal🎯 ChanceUpon is an awesome platform for Freelancer. 👍
I've been working with CU on many projects. It's a great platform for designers to deploy skills. CU has been like my mentor and has guided me through the first project until now. All the talents who stay at CU are also outstanding, and I'm grateful to work with them :)
As a freelancer, Chanceupon is the best partner to work with. They are trustworthy and supportive partner who really care about their talents.
Having a professional to screen and interview puts away a lot of mundane yet crucial work from me. The talent that CU provided eventually worked out nicely for my project requirements. She is a responsible worker and has a great working attitude. I am also very satisfied with the quality of her work, The team at CU has been professional from the start till the end. I will definitely use their services again.
I am deeply impressed with ChanceUpon for a recent collaboration as the team is highly professional and delivered high quality of work within tight timeline.
Overall I think CU is a great platform for freelancers. I learned a lot from the management team how to handle issues that happens during freelancing. Love how the team took care of me throughout the projects. CU is very honest and transparent, you can definitely learn a lot if you want. Crystal is very communicative, responsive, and easy to talk with. I would recommend people to work with CU, to learn, and to grow. As well as to get yourself outside your comfort zone and be out there. Thank you CU for supporting my first project!
An experience that encompassed a great deal of learning and trust, responsive and honest communication, and overall a very fulfilling first. Glad to have been given the opportunity to work with Crystal and her team at Chanceupon. It's a whole lot of meaning and heart they put into making sure you feel comfortable to voice your thoughts, even down to the most minute of things. They invest in you even before you begin your first gig, like you're already a part of them. They let you know each step of the way that they are there whenever you need anything. It's already telling enough when they refer to you as a talent.
It was an awesome journey working with Chanceupon. They had made time to find out any issues I was facing and gave advice. They seek to achieve the best for me, be it work related or for my own personal growth. Overall, it was a really great learning experience.
Great working experience with Chance upon. They helped to answer and solve issues faced professionally and quickly. Invoices are cleared and paid quickly without having to constantly check/chase for payment. Chance Upon value their talents and make sure talents are treated respectfully by their peers. Highly recommended for talents out there!
It was great working with Chanceupon as a freelancer. Crystal does things with a personal touch - making sure you’re happy (frequent check-ins and updates), negotiating on your behalf for rates (no lowballing here), and manages client expectations and communications well. This is refreshing compared to other agencies who are hands-off and just take a commission off your work. It’s probably their strongest value add for freelancers who’re fairly established and don’t need to work with agencies - this isn’t a fiverr/upwork situation. Also, payment is some of the fastest I’ve every gotten :) Thanks!
it was an absolutely a delightful experience working with Chanceupon and Crystal. You know you are trusted and you can always count on them to provide the most suitable project for your needs and working with them is not just friction free, you will be provided with an insightful feedbacks to help you grow. This is the best environment for any freelancers would dreamed of.

It’s been a month since I’ve freelanced under Chance Upon and it’s been such a lovely experience! I appreciate that Crystal takes the time to understand your career experience and recommends relevant gigs for you. Really grateful that she’s provided me with an opportunity to work on my first gig, which went well too. She’s been sincere, respectful and shows that she cares for her talents. To top it all off, she provides timely updates and payments. Here’s to more future opportunities to work together!
Crystal and the Chance Upon team is fast, sharp, and militantly precise. We had a complex project that required managing diverse parties. In addition, our already short timeline was further compacted by 50%. Yet the Chance Upon team provided flawless execution, which made our client very happy. In addition, Crystal is a highly strategic and thoughtful consultant, for all teams regardless of scale and complexity. Her plug-and-play approach towards talent solutions make projects scope-flexible, time-efficient, and cost-effective. Her incisive insight, paired with Chance Upon's global team of designers and engineers, makes them a towering force to be trusted with. I can strongly recommend them.
It was a pleasant experience to work together with Chanceupon. The designers are friendly, easy to adapt and deliver great works. Thanks, Crystal for being responsive and accommodating our needs. Hope we can work together again next time! :)
I was a freelancer under Chance Upon for around 7 months in 2021 and it was the easiest professional relationship ever. From the start of the project kick-off until delivery, everything was handled very professionally and promptly. Crystal always takes care of her talents; she respects and values our time, making sure all client requests are reasonable, otherwise she would step in to mitigate. She is great with communication and keeps us updated all the time. Chance Upon also pays their talents in a timely manner - love it! I enjoyed my time working with them and I look forward to future opportunities!
