The team at ChanceUpon combines great expertise, extensive applied experience across multiple domains, and straight talk always in the best interest of the client. It's a rare combination, which our entire team greatly appreciated, and benefited from.
We have worked with ChanceUpon to bring in several design contractors and the experience has been consistently excellent. The team has been thoughtful in matching us with designers who are not only skilled, but also aligned with our culture and ways of working. Each contractor demonstrated strong craft, clear communication and the ability to ramp up quickly within complex product environments. They integrated seamlessly with our internal teams and contributed meaningfully from day one. What stands out most is the reliability. Timelines were respected, expectations were managed transparently and any adjustments were handled promptly and professionally. It never felt transactional. It felt like a partnership. I would confidently recommend Chance Upon to any organisation looking for high quality design talent that can deliver impact without unnecessary friction.
We had mentoring sessions with Xanne as our business mentor, and they were incredibly valuable. Every session was packed with insights and practical lessons that we could immediately apply to our business. She taught us clear frameworks and principles that were easy to understand and implement. What stood out most was her ability to help us see our business more clearly, identifying both growth opportunities and current limitations. Xanne is extremely knowledgeable, yet she keeps the sessions light-hearted and engaging with her sense of humour. We always looked forward to our lessons with her.
It is my first freelancing gig with Chance Upon, and I really appreciate how Crystal took the time to get to know me even before the contract started. The Chance Upon team is highly efficient with paperwork and admin, everything is organised and fast. Project confirmation came through quickly, which makes it easy to plan my schedule as a freelancer. Payments are always on time, reflecting how much they prioritise the welfare of their talents. Overall, I like the trust and autonomy they provided me, and I get to work with fellow talents as well to continue growing.

Great work done on our SaaS product, thanks to Chanceupon and the UI/UX Product Designer that helped us with our interface.
Right from the beginning, Crystal was really friendly and helpful in helping me to secure a gig. She was prompt and kept me updated whenever she had something. She then introduced me to Charles who then directly managed everything on my end. He was extremely responsive and responsible. Was really quick to solve any issues and to answer my queries. He always made sure that everything goes smoothly. This really gave me an assurance!

Crystal is a pleasure to work with, she places her trust in me to carry out my work autonomously and is available when you need. I have been with Chanceupon.co as a content writer for over 2 years now and every work opportunity with Crystal and clients has been utterly gratifying. The level of trust and transparency entrusted to me far surpasses my expectations in my journey as 'just a talent'. I have never felt like an outsourced individual who is tasked to complete work assignments. Rather, Chanceupon makes me feel like a partner on a lifelong journey. There is so much free sharing of ideas, engagement, and involvement with other remote talents that one can't help being part of a tight team no matter the distance. Crystal has a genuine care for the growth and development of her talents and knows that a company of one involves the happiness of all. Feedback is always two-way and positively accepted all the time, and one can't help but feel valued and appreciated at Chanceupon. I'm very grateful for a culture of openness here, something that is getting harder to get elsewhere. Very grateful for such a wonderful working relationship!
