No regrets turning into a full-time talent!
I have been with Chanceupon.co as a content writer for over 2 years now and every work opportunity with Crystal and clients has been utterly gratifying. The level of trust and transparency entrusted to me far surpasses my expectations in my journey as 'just a talent'. I have never felt like an outsourced individual who is tasked to complete work assignments. Rather, Chanceupon makes me feel like a partner on a lifelong journey. There is so much free sharing of ideas, engagement, and involvement with other remote talents that one can't help being part of a tight team no matter the distance. Crystal has a genuine care for the growth and development of her talents and knows that a company of one involves the happiness of all. Feedback is always two-way and positively accepted all the time, and one can't help but feel valued and appreciated at Chanceupon. I'm very grateful for a culture of openness here, something that is getting harder to get elsewhere. Very grateful for such a wonderful working relationship!
