I ordered something from this company way back in May this year & still not had it. I’ve requested a refund many times but they keep saying it’s on its way please be patient! The support address seems legit, American address. Today I received my supposed parcel only for it to have come from China, nothing like I ordered, in fact it’s complete rubbish! I have requested a refund again! What received is only fit for the bin!
Great lack of communication, I chased them up a few times. After a month and a half my order arrived. It bore little resemblance to the product I ordered, definitely not worth the £48 I paid for it. It goes as a reminder that if it looks too good to be true it probably is. Also check Trust pilot especially with companies based abroad even if they have a UK address! They are scammers and very good at it. Lesson learnt.
Ordered goods on 5th May - not received them yet. Poor communication and not providing a delivery date. Advertising on Facebook. As previous reviewer - highly likely to be scammers.
Ordered an item from them. Tracking showed it coming but got stalled somewhere along the way. They apologized and said they were sending a replacement. Despite numerous requests, no tracking number was ever given. I Just got the runaround in response to every request. Never received either item. Pretty sure they are scammers.
