I'd rate this fake company a minus 5 stars, but that's not available. I bought a beautiful "sweater" from them, which came in the mail 3 weeks later. This thing is made of cheap polyester with a sweater "painted" on the material, and had a big long string hanging out the top of it! I started the return policy, sent them photos as requested, and they said someone would get back to me in 3 days. Eleven days later I emailed them, only to get a reply saying they'd refund me 20% of my $135.00 purchase because "shipping costs are so high." Well, I'M the one paying to return the damned thing, so what's their problem? THEY'RE A TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LIARS!

Ordered what looked like a nice sweater for my wife off Facebook from this company. Cost almost $60. It arrived and was cheap quality. I emailed a request to be given information on how to return it the next day. They promised to provide return information within 3 business days. Three WEEKS later I emailed to complain they'd never responded. They "offered" for me to keep the sweater with a 20% discount to "avoid the high cost of international shipping". I insisted, no, give me a full refund now. They again wheedled how about keep it with a 30% refund? I demanded they give me the return information at once. After multiple warnings of complaints to the FTC and BBB plus giving them (very well-deserved) terrible on-line reviews, they've days later continued to ghost me. I'm now forced to challenge the purchase through my credit card. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Shady from the start. The items sent are terrible quality not even close to the knitted high quality pictures. When trying to return this junk they have fought me every step and refuse to give me a refund. Then even though the website says it's based in Georgia USA the return address is some City in Guangdong China. DO NOT BUY from these scammers!

The christmas jumper I was sent was going to be my fluffy Christmas jumper of my white Persian I was so excited 😊 when it arrived late it was terrible so bad I wouldn't even wear it around the house!! I've asked for a refund and I'm still waiting!! So disappointed 😞

I tried really hard to "find" something that applies to my size. +size. There is so many beautiful choices. I think I had 12 items and was only part way through. I did have to sacrifice a "few" items to appease the budget. A small suggestion: to have a separate section for plus size. Your selection is the best display of clothing that I've ever seen. I can honestly say that I have never seen a website ( or a store for that matter) that offer products so gorgeous and, quite frankly, epic, as Charmfay has to offer and I feel confident that the prices can not be beat. Also, they offered multiple discounts and special offers that makes the irresistible even more irresistible if that's even possible. Their website is very attractive and easy to navigate and while I just discovered Charmfay, or more accurately, thankfully, they discovered me, I have already placed a substantial order and I will most undoubtedly be back for more. I would highly recommend that everybody should at least check out their website. I know that I will be telling everyone that I know about Charmfay.

Relatively easy. Beautiful products...we'll see how they di on the fit once they arrive. I always find the process of qualifying for a second item at a discount to be odd. Sometimes it starts the process all over again. I am not sure I got the full discount. I the quality and fit are good, I don't care abt the sus ou t. If quality and fit are poor, that discount lessens the 'pain.'

WHAT A LOAD OF ****
Learnt a lesson! When something seems too good to be true, it usually is and this was the case with the three items I ordered from this company. If only I had read the reviews before I sent in my order. I won't make that mistake again. I am in total agreement with my fellow reviewers about the 'quality' of the goods received. Huge disappointment. I didn't even need to open the parcel to know that something was wrong. It was far too thin to contain the three items that I had ordered. It should have been much bulkier. I can confirm that their address for returns is in Guangdong Province, China and not Norcross, Georgia. They were very reluctant to give it to me. To cut a very long story short, It took a while and lots of e-mails, as well as my Credit Card Company getting involved, but on the 31st December, 2025 I received an e-mail advising that 'my order' had been refunded back onto my credit card. Persistence pays!
