My discount voucher of $30 that I purchase by paying $17 disappeared from my account. After that, I was told it will be manually be refunded with my next purchase. I have informed the customer service after my purchase but the discount is not applied till to date. Disappointing.
Called customer service numerous time to inquire why after 24 hours my ticket was not issued. Put me on hold for very long periods and never got back to me. Female person who attended to me also sounded like they are uninterested in doing their job and was unwilling to entertain my problems. Only after a different person picked up were they able to issue my ticket.

I booked a flight through your site and after you charge my credit card you cancelled my flight due to unavailability of seats in the airline. Which lead me to book another flight with higher rate. Also you send me an email saying that refunding to my credit will occur which may take one month which is not acceptable. It’s better to make ahold on the flight price instead of charge my credit until you are sure that it is available to avoid charging my credit then making refund which takes time

I booked a Thai Airways flight through your site. On your booking form it very clearly states that you should only put your first name and gives very specific instructions to not include your middle name. So my ticket was issued with only my first and last name. When I went on the Thai Airways website to check my booking, they very clearly state that the name on the ticket must match exactly the name on the passport i.e. first and middle name, and last name or you may not be able to fly. When I contacted your customer service email I was told that I could only change the name on my ticket 48 hours before and I would have to pay. Since the error was because I followed your instructions, I don't think this is acceptable. As it turned out, I was able to board the plane today but had a very anxious time going through the check in process. I will have to repeat this process for the return flight. I would suggest you amend your booking form to allow people to enter their name as it is in their passport.
The payment is not succeful, but my $30 voucher is gone....
