Update on my furious complaint here earlier, where I was not happy with the simple and nasty dress I received, but most of all I didn't get my full refund only 1/3 of the total cost. I was later being contacted by customer services from Cherley - who wanted to give me full refund after all. I have always experienced very good and fast customers service response from them. Always polite and informative. They are legit, but I'm not too sure of the quality of the garments being ordered from here. Perhaps I was just unlucky this time, and next time will be good. If they update their return policy with 100% refound as a standard, it will be a whole different story! I have now received full refund from them.

This is an edited review. After going through lots of emails with me asking about refund because I didn’t receive the items I ordered due to the fact that the parcel got lost I finally managed to get a refund. Customer service took time to solve my issue but they did in the end. Thank you

Loved my clothes from cherley…had compliments from all and one of the dresses I’ll be wearing to a wedding but having to take in a few things slightly. The quality isn’t incredible but that’s what you get when your paying £10-£30 for dresses so I’m not complaining!

This was my first time ordering from Cherley and I’m glad I did! The majority of items ordered are exactly like the photos. Everything fit well and the quality was much better than expected. Shipping was fast and easy to track. I already have another order on the way and a full cart

We cant Return the items . They dont give your money back and they give you the wrong size. The tissue is not good quality
I bought some items; before the payment it was impossible to know about delivery date, and after the payment neither! So I quickly asked for a refund. It has been so difficult to get, and they didn’t even refund the tip I left for the employees who set my order that actually never existed... I don’t really think it’s a scam but if you want to buy items and receive them 2 months later, go ahead...
