ordered my shirt december 7th of 2025, they assured me that my order would arrive on time and after 2 weeks i reached out to see what’s going on. samantha from customer service could not give me straight answer which is quite embarrassing for a brand who says they specify for communication, assuming it was bullshit since it took days for customer service to reach out. I DO NOT recommend shopping with this company due to the excuses and BS they relay to you. lucky i even got my refund but i’d never trust this brand again, as simple as that.
I completely changed my review and my experience. This company was under a lot of stress due to the holidays and they were just trying to make everything right. We as consumers need to understand that. After a bump they contacted me and apologized for the delay. Then they contacted me again and were very courteous . I am grateful for their acknowledgment and professionalism
I ordered a knit top and a long skirt, and I'm honestly surprised by how premium everything feels. The stitching is super clean, and the fabric has that soft, expensive texture. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
Package was sent to the wrong shipping address.
-update: usps made an error. Package made it and the clothing was great quality. Will be ordering again.
If I’m being honest I was skeptical bc of the reviews on here, but the pants I got are honestly sick asf. I would recommend ordering a SIZE UP.
I usually order a size up especially when from sites I’m not familiar with, I usually prefer the looser fit anyway, but in cases like this, it’s to also give room for the fact that it might run small. It’s better to overestimate in most cases like this in my opinion.
So luckily bc I ordered a size up, it ended up fitting perfectly, so I didn’t have to deal with costumer service or the return process. Which was one negative thing I read in the reviews. Another negative factor that I saw in the reviews was the shipping time. Honestly it shipped within a week and got to my house within 2. No problems there for me.
Now the pants I got were the combat overlay pants, I splurged for a dance performance I’m planning. Let me tell you I’m REALLY satisfied with the quality, it’s not like the cheap ‘denim’ stuff you get when you might order from a chinese drop-shipper site . I have experienced that itchy, thin fabric before with unreasonably expensive pants, it’s not fun. These are HEAFTY, they have weight to them and the seams are secure, the metal button detailing feels like solid metal, not cheap metal.
So I know this is long, but long story short, in my opinion, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to try it out. Keep in mind that shipping may vary, as with any other site, and I would order a size up.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected - nearly two weeks - but it was absolutely worth it. Each item feels premium, the quality stands out, and the fit is perfect. I'll definitely be coming back for more.
Their clothes are good and legit. The shipping takes abit longer however if the clothe doesn’t fit you or you want to change the size, good luck with that. They asked to ship back within 3 days and the stock has to arrive within 7days. If you live overseas, it means you need express shipping which in my case cost over $120 just to ship back for exchange. The most stupidest company to ever sell clothe.
I’m really happy with my order! The quality is even better than I expected and everything arrived nicely packed. The fit is perfect and it looks just like the photos. Definitely will shop here again!
Victorian bustier and skirt. I wanted this ensemble for so long, but kept putting off buying it because I didn’t know when I would wear it. I finally purchased it to wear for my 6 year anniversary/birthday. The fabric was cheap and the flower embellishments were nothing but safety pins that fell off. The zipper broke when trying to put the skirt back on. It’s a really expensive piece of disappointment.
The return policy is unreasonable for US customers. The return cost is $253.42 and is placed in the customers. The item was not as described and the sizing was off. I ordered an item costing $84.90 - Item STARTEXCEEDEND Black PU Leather culottes with geometric seams. The size is too small, tight at the hips, and the leather smells fishy.
Placed an order over two very nice looking courdeye pants,a month ago...have yet to get a response back from their customer services and haven't received any further process in the shipment. After ordering these pants..they vanish off their website..

Return was filed a while ago. Not answering the email, not returning money even tho went through the whole process directed by support team and approved for it. post office saying my return reach destination and was delivered.

Chiclara’s cargo pants are chef’s kis, I kinda forgot which exact model it was. The tapered fit isn’t too baggy, and the fabric is breathable for hikes. I sized up for a looser feel, and the waist adjusters actually work. These replaced my old gym joggers—way more stylish
Finally found my dream midi dress here! the wrap style flatters my curves, and the floral print is even prettier in person. Wore it to a garden party and got so many ‘Where’s this from?!’ comments.shipping to the UK was faster than I expected too!
