Impressive first time experiece
As a first-time user, I'm impressed! The clothes I received were as expected, if not better, with a perfect fit and great quality. The delivery was faster than other companies like Shein. Although one item was missing, the customer service via email quality resolved it by offering a replacement or refund. I highly recommend this service and hope it continues to be this good!
Slow shipping but great pants and customer service
It took me three weeks to receive my order. Other that shipping time (ask CS first, they will tell you how long it will take for each item), the quality is pretty good. Will shop again.

I ordered from this site despite the bad reviews, but was disappointed. The clothing is nothing like the picture promised; (cheap material, faulty manufacturing, etc-) I’d understand the quality issue if this was Shein, but $60+ usd isn’t shein prices… This is upsetting, since they have a lot of great clothing items, but I’d stay clear of them.

We explained that the quality issue arose from a change in suppliers due to high demand for this pant.
