Picked after comparing many services. This came in as a clear winner when comparing service, quality and very importantly cost. I used the eSIM travelling through Europe and had very good coverage, from the top of mountains to the sea. I took off one star as It wasn’t flawless but I don’t have experience of others, to be fair.
Ordered esim for Japan Got an esim that was very slow. And connects to hongkong.... ip is in hongkong ... that feels wrong. And NO the connection is NOT stable I lost connection so often it was annoying Edit support is nice so I got a refund

Good service and great customer service
Used Chillaxsim on my trip through Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. In Kazakhstan the signal constantly dropped, internet was unstable, and in Uzbekistan the network disappeared completely. I had no connection in critical moments and had to buy another SIM card the next day. I used an iPhone 16 with eSIM and followed all standard troubleshooting steps (restart, roaming settings, network refresh, etc.). The issue was NOT caused by my device or setup — the service simply did not work. Total waste of money. I will never use this provider again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

It’s very affordable, should give it a try
I used the eSIM adapter with a Samsung Xcover 5 phone. Everything worked very well.
SIM arrived within a week (uk) and had slight troubles with the app initially and once that was working I had troubles turning on data but, their service support team are great, responded quick and resolved all issues effectively.
I bought two different packages though easy/fast purchase processes and was never disappointed using them in Athens, Greece. I had 5G in most places and basically never lost connection. My friend was not happy with her Esim provider (another brand) so I recommend her to switch to Chillax, and she did and was happy with her choice as well. I did not try Chillax in other regions so this could be being lucky too so take this with a grain of salt.
Bought a 3GB SIM to get us through Switzerland, where our contacts did not work. Payment was easy, instructions to setup clear, and worked without fault whilst there.
Having made a lot of research on esims and esim card adapters I chose to go with Chillaxsim. Firstly their customer care is amazing. Not only did they reply immediately to my concerns but also kept communication via whatsapp. They confirmed that my phone model (Redmi 8 Note Pro) can take the esim adapter and also shipped it out immediately. Once I received it, I found it a bit hard to use, due to my lack of knowledge. I immediately contacted them via whatsapp and in less than 2 minutes they helped me out and my esim was up and running. Chillaxsim products and services are absolutely fantastic. Well done to the whole team. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

We had the Central Asia package and it worked great in all 3 countries. A little more spotty in Uzbekistan, but flawless in both Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. It uses the Beeline network. Would certainly recommend 👍

I'm not impressed a 7day e sim is less than 7 days. I was expecting a full 168 hours of use like my wife's E sim. I don't plan on using this company again Edit: although I appreciate the response, my Wife went with Yuca 7 day e sim and it still works on day 7 for a full 7 days. In fact I'm using her hotspot to tell you the fact it still works. It was activated the same day/time for the same 7 day e sim. That's also how I experienced numerous other sims in other countries.
