I've been happy with the whole process. I applied via the website, and they got in touch really quickly and organised a call to discuss what I was looking for and my options. Dispite it being late in the year for recruitment, they sorted me out with an interview quickly. This is my first time trying to branch outside of my state and country. After reading the reviews about this company, I thought that I would be in good hands. Instead, when I spoke with the recruiter, it has been multiple times that I felt as though I am not good enough to teach anywhere when I know that is not the case. I feel like because many people test the waters when it comes to international teaching, the recruiter should be honest, but not nasty. Trying to break people's spirits is not the answer. The last comments this morning were downright rude. And this is after me waiting a while for a response and feedback. If my business was not wanted, this should have been brought upfront.
