Scam company they never ship anything they give fake tracking numbers. There website and phone number is all chinese, they ask if you want english then proceed to do chinese again.

Not a legit company
I ordered T-shirts from this company and they said they were delivered, however they never arrived. When I reached out to customer service via email, they told me to contact the local post office because they show it was delivered. No traceable tracking number was provided, and the post office said they get this all of the time. This is not a legit company and should be out of business. I'm very disappointed that I trusted them, and I didn't realize my items were coming from China based on the ad.
300$ Damaged Items
I ordered around 300$ worth of figurines, tell me why most of them came in broken. The sellers sent me pictures of the figurines beforehand so i know it wasnt the sellers fault. What were yall doing?! Did yal slam the packages to the ground how did you manage to break my figurines headbans, fingers and hairs off?! The delivery was also very delayed and the tracking was not getting updated between each step.

False information
Company says the package has been delivered when it’s not. The status got updated around 2am in the night?! Wtf seriously?? Can’t be a bigger scam. I literally have to write of my own on their stupid link that it is a false information. 17 track thumbs down. China post thumbs down

I ordered my package on March 9th it was supposed to be here by the 20th it has still yet to arrive I will never use this service again China Post is the worst service how would they still in service I don't know but I will be calling the better Business bureau and making a complaint. You can't even call them because it's an international call they don't answer any emails I am going to call my bank and get my money back that is how dissatisfied I am with this company this is a horrible horrible company

Degrading company, my order says it was delivered without having been delivered. I have been at home the whole time and no one delivered anything, no one rang the doorbell, nor was anything left in the building. First and last order I placed through this company. They don't even have a decent tracking number, because the one they have doesn't allow you to track any carrier Tracking number: ZA04805861401
China Post Employee Error, Not Resolved
My relatives went to a local China post storefront in China (!) to send a parcel to me in Australia. They filled out the information including the recipient (me) correctly and provided the information to the China Post store clerk. Some reason, China Post has an outdated system where they manually type everything in from the form to the machine and did not provide my relatives a chance to check the information. When the parcel came to me, it was under a completely different and random persons name but with my address. Of course any sane person would not take it as the information provided was incorrect. The parcel has been returned to the sender address and we have tried to lodge customer support with the China Post team. They have not provided any support so far and left our issue stale. Would not recommend this postal service, they are outdated, prone to human error and there customer support is non-existent.

My unborn baby, how ever I spent £35 on pjs for them to take a month to come, when it says it’s been delivered it really hasn’t, I have locked everywhere so hard to get in touch with won’t even give me a refund…. Very bad job , this company are giving tracking numbers to cheaters , so the cheaters giving customers which they cheat to make him waiting one month for delivery. Then the track number was to anther customer. I have approve , if you allow me to add photo here to make you sure

i think they are scammers for other web sites i sent for a watch said was out for delivery on the 18th april then it said delivered on the 20th of april never arrived cant find how to message them direct will never buy online again so be very careful when buying on market place as they are all sent through china post i wouldent evan give them 1 star if i had my way
