Worst experience in online shopping ever! The money from my account disappeared magically
I have purchased an item few years ago. The item has not been received. Customer service advise to wait 6 months in order to make a refund. They did refund the money to my choobuy account but at that point it was not possible to refund the money to the payment method I used. They told me they can do a bank transfer with a high fee. I agreed as I had no choice at that time. I have completely gave up as the transfer didn't arrived in a month as I almost forgotten about thins until now - couple of years later I was cleaning up my email and found email for the registration. I have contacted their customer service and explained my issue and ask them from a proof that they indeed make the transfer as I haven't received it and they have nothing. I can provide statement from my bank account proving that nothing from them has arrived for the last couple of years but they have nothing to prove that the transfer is sent and refuse to refund me.
