Hi Daybreak,
I'm sorry you feel this way.
This issue started when you submitted a product description project that didn't follow the lesson guidelines. When I pointed out the corrections needed, you responded with concerns that the material was outdated, based on research you'd done independently.
The material isn't outdated; there was a misunderstanding about what the lessons were actually teaching. That happens sometimes when learning complex concepts, which is exactly why I work one-on-one with students to clarify these things.
I offered multiple times to walk through this with you on Zoom or by phone, as I've always been available to do. You declined and insisted on written-only communication, then stopped responding when I left a voicemail suggesting we simply talk it through.
You've completed about half of the education and you're reviewing the entire program based on a disagreement over corrections to a single project. That's not a fair representation of what the program offers or how the mentoring process works.
Regarding cost - this program costs a fraction of what others charge for far less comprehensive education and mentoring.
I'm still here and available to work through this simple misunderstanding with you, as I always have been. It's a straightforward issue to resolve and would allow us to continue building your business the right way.
If you decide not to continue, I understand.
I wish you well either way.
