Not true to size and they screw you out of your money
I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a Medium and apparently a Medium is China is a small in the United States. They would not issue a refund unless I returned the product out of pocket and also paid for them to send me a new one. It cost more than the jacket to sent it back so I got completely screwed. The jacket cost $76.81 and it cost $90 to send it back. I’m a single mother in nyc and they totally screwed me. Worst customer service ever. The jacket didn’t look anything like the photos either. Instead of taking care of the customers they must pay these people to write good reviews for their trash products. Also it took a month to get this ugly jacket that was too small.

So mad at myself for ordering! This site is an absolute scam with FAKE photos of items and FAKE reviews. First it took a month for my 2 coats to arrive and now that they have arrived I'm appalled at total lack of quality. I ordered a gorgeous looking white teddy coat item number 190205900294 and the pink version item number 190205900295. I have gotten similar deals on reputable sites like SheIn so I thought it would be the same...WRONG. The coats are more like a thin robe made out of a blanket, but I'm not sure I'd even wear them around the house. Might as well have lit my money on fire. So so SO mad. Do NOT order from Cichic. Trying to dispute via PayPal or something, but doubt I'll be successful in getting my money back. Hopefully, unlike me, others look at reviews on sites like this and do not order from this horrific company.
Terrible quality
Terrible quality, the reviews do not match the product ... the stitching is terrible... the pictures do not match what you purchase horrible shipping time. HORRIBLE ALL TOGETHER. Do not advertise something when you cannot come through with the quality. The coat I order was suppose to be silk inside and light pink (baby pink) fluffy “fox” like fur.... it is nothing at all even close.. I measured myself before making the purchase and ordered one size bigger... the jacket doesn’t even match measurements.. I am not a satisfied costumer, wish probably could have done bettter. The seemings are fraying in every seem.. there is some seems sewed outwards... if I could upload a picture I would ... it doesn’t even deserve one star.. this is suppose to be a gift I am very upset.

The onesie I received wasn't anything like it was described on the website and while they were happy to give me a full refund I would need to send it back to them first which would be at an extortionate cost that they will not refund. The only other option is to keep the useless onesie and they will refund 10% of the purchase price but none of the delivery charge! The only reason they are getting one star is that while their emails aren't very helpful, they are very polite, and I have to give at least one star to leave a review.

Giving 1 star is generous! Do not buy from this website. Ordered a coat and it’s laughable! I could make it and I don’t sew! When I contacted the company to say shipping was $57 they said bad luck- it’s more than half the price I paid for the cost! Do not buy- dodgy company, fake reviews and no customer service.

The worse company to order from. They make you pay for express shipping and it takes more than 3 weeks to get your orders. I truly feel like this company is a scam... Do not - I repeat do not order from this place unless you want your blood pressure to go up. Lord knows when I finally receive this boot it might be a piece of crap. Regret I ordered from them. They have no customer service and on top of that that they are horrible at communicating with their customers

Can't even give one star. I should have read the REAL reviews before I ordered. Same story...bought a photoshopped dress, paid extra to get it sooner....ended up receiving it too late and got something that looked like my kids made in 2nd grade with cheap material and glitter. Nowhere near the picture!! So now after an email war, all they will do is offer me full refund but I have to pay $60 to send the POS back to China or they will give 15% refund. Pathetic!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I'm honestly DISAPPOINTED
First let me start with saying I RARELY to NEVER write reviews good or bad! I ordered a coat that was super cute on the site for a decent price. I waited 2 weeks to receive my coat which made me mad already. when it finally came not only was the coat bad quality IT WAS THE COMPLETLEY WRONG COAT. I am so disappointed. I wait 2 weeks for the wrong coat? Wow! So that night I sent an email to see what I could do about the situation.... well it's been a week and I haven't heard anything back. Do not order from this site unless you want to be disappointed.

I ordered on Nov 3 rd and just received today bought 3 outfits. Paid $17 for 5-8 shipping. 2 of them look like the picture. One of them absolutely did not. It's a lesson learned. I hate ordering things online because you dont know what your really going to get. The one I really wanted was going to be my birthday outfit and now I wont be wearing it on my birthday. That's the one that doesnt look nothing like the picture.

Delivery was quicker than expected but the dress looked nothing like the picture. I think this is one of these companies that steal other website’s photos to sell their own cheap replicas. I would not use again. The dress was so thin it felt more like a beach cover than a dress and the leg slit came up too high meaning my pants were on show. Sizing is very neat! I am by no means big (UK size 10/12) but I ordered a large to be on the safe side but what arrived only just fit me! Utter cheap rubbish!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company for the first time ever and I will say that my shoes came just as pictured on their website. I paid for express shipping to be delivered between 8-15 days and my shoes arrived on the 14th day of the shipping time frame. My only complaint is my shoe box was damaged really bad which affected the fringes on my shoes a little bit. Cichic needs to package their product more securely for better protection during shipping. Overall, I was happy with my order considering reading other reviews. I was a little skeptical ordering from Cichic but I'm glad I did. I received a tracking number which kept me updated with my order so that offered me some comfort. I always use PayPal to pay for my online orders just in case I need a refund which in this case I won't b/c I really like my shoes. The quality of the material doesn't feel cheaply made. So far I'm satisfied so I will be ordering from this company again.

I honestly had no issues ordering from this company back in November of 2018 and my products didn’t take a long time to come either. Dress was of good quality and I was very surprised considering it was an online site and the products were coming from China. I know it’s hot or miss but all of my items were exactly as pictured. Wish I could post order info and pictures of the items.
