My wife purchased one pair or shoes online. I took forever for them to arrive, over one month, and when she opened the package the shoes. open toes sandals were a size that would not fit our granddaughter AND the quality of the shoes was terrible. We tried multiple times to contact them by their provided email address with no response. This website was running on FaceBook and you can no longer find them there. FB must have received numerous complaints concerning this company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CHICIC STORE they are a scam that will not comply with their return policy they posted online. The ultimate joke with this purchase? A second pair of open toes sandals showed up last week, same children size, same poor quality. They had to receive my email and just shipped another pair. SCAM!
Zero stars. These people are scammers. I bought $50 worth of clothing from their online retail store and never received it. When I reached out to support they only wanted to offer me a partial refund for the product I never received. You will not get what you paid for and you will not be made whole. ONLINE SHOPPERS BEWARE.

Rip-off! They do not deliver merchandise timely. They do not honor their return policy. I returned their merchandise by UPS and it cost me $100 to return it. To date, they have never refunded my $439.00 USD! Ordered pajamas for a family get together is 2024!

Everything - fake company. No accountability of the return policy after they sent me the wrong shirts. I emailed them right away (no phone provided obviously) and I haven't received a responded since for over 4 months. I sent them a new email every month. Not to mention, the delivery took a month to begin with and the quality and fit couldn't be any worse.

I’m from Canada and I Ordered a skirt in December it arrived late and the size was absolutely wrong! I requested a refund and they WILL NOT give me my money back in full. They want me to pay to RETURN the skirt with only a 20% refund which I would only get when they have the skirt back!!! Went to my post office out of curiosity to see how much it would cost me to return and it would be $130.00!!!!!! When I informed the company of this they only bumped up my refund to 35% !! RIDICULOUS !
How is this company still in business???? They are terrible and they steal your hard earned money!!! This back and forth with them has been going on for 3 months! I ordered just over £80 worth of clothes from this company (4 items), which when they arrived, were all cheap, badly cut and very poor quality, so I contacted them to arrange a return. Three times they tried to dissuade me from returning the items and offered me a £10 credit onto my account for future orders. I advised that I wouldn't be ordering again and that I was happy to cover the cost of the return myself if they would just give me the return address.
Eventually they provided this, and I returned the items. Not once was I advised of a return by date for this and when I contacted them to provide the tracking information of the package, they ignored my email and closed the case we were talking through, so I had to go on to their website and request a new email address to send the email trail to, to open up the line of communication again.
I opted to pay for this in 3 payments through Klarna and when I informed Klarna that I had returned the items, they froze the payment plan waiting for confirmation of the return being received by ChicMe. I provided them with tracking information too.
After tracking the item to its destination, I contacted Klarna and ChicMe to advise that the items had been delivered. They said that they were unable to track the items with the tracking information I provided (which was a signed for tracking number from Royal Mail and USPS). So, I sent them screen shots from the Royal Mail and USPS postal services, showing that the item has been delivered to the address provided. ChicMe then came back and said that this wasn’t enough proof and that they required the weight of the parcel. Why I do not know, but I then provided this to them.
Their response to this was that I had returned the clothes after the 14 day return period (which as I mentioned above, I was never alerted to and had initially contacted them within the first week of receiving the clothes, to start the return process). They didn’t even acknowledge that I had sent them all of the information they had requested, which I feel was just more time-wasting tactics. Every time I gave them the requested information, they would come back with another request.
I have requested to speak to a manager 5 times and been ignored each time and they are refusing to cancel the payment plan with Klarna. So eventually I got fed up with arguing this and asked them to return the clothing to me if they weren’t going to refund and cancel the agreement, now that they have the clothing back.
They have refused to return the clothes to me. So, they are now charging me over £80 for clothes that they have, not me! And I have been in contact with them at every stage, provided all of the information that they requested. The company is an absolute joke and they are criminals, charging for items that I have returned.
Klarna also wont help as they take advice from ChicMe. Even though I have provided proof of the return to Klarna too, they just ignore my emails asking for an update.
DO NOT use either of these companies.

Hello everybody,
I placed an order with shorts, rings and bracelets for a total of € 53.87.
The shorts were missing on delivery.
I asked to immediately take care of the lack by returning the amount of 34.99 € and to carry out the necessary checks, but a month later I received the answer with a tracking number for the shipment of a new pair of shorts, when by now I didn't need it anymore.
I would like to get my money back. I work to earn them, as opposed to these scammers who steal them!!!!

I was being naive and thought all the ratings were true. To begin with, there were only 5 star reviews - and about 3 pages of those. There were even pictures of the dress I bought - all very beautiful. I didn't think anything of it that these looked like photoshoot pics. So.. the dress arrived (pretty fast actually - few days over a month - this is the only reason I am okay with giving a star at all) and this dress was horrible. It is see-trough, cheap material, way too big, very ugly looking dress. In the pictures it was just gorgeous - later I found that many sites sell this dress, but it was over 300 dollars in one site, which could be the real price, maybe even this is wrong. In addition, when I wrote a review and gave a 1 star, it didn't even appear on the site! So lesson learned.. don't be naive and stupid. Thankfully I have another 2 months before my graduation.
Wish I would have read the reviews before dealing with this company. Lesson learned, I'll be sure to let everyone I know not to ever deal with this company.
Just like Aliexpress.com, Banggood.com this website is also operated from china and they always tell you 5-10 business days knowing the fact these MOFO's knew it will take 5-8 weeks in some cases you don't even get the product your order or the size toooo small. DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS, ALL YOU GET IS ANGER AND FRUSTRATIONS YOU HAVE BEEN WAREND, FYI: if you want to be sure always use whois on the domain name that will tell you the domain name owner and where it is registered. ugh I really dislike Chinese.
