I ordered a jacket on the 1st of February and I didn’t receive it until 13th of March. Their replies to your emails take days and don’t help with your query at all. Although the jacket is exactly as described, the sizing is right and the material is quite thick. A very very strong smell of fish is all over the jacket but hopefully that will go. If your willing to wait a month then I’d say go for it other than that I will not be ordering from them again.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I bought a coat and to cut a long story short, didn't receive a confirmation email or anything. It has taken 8 WEEKS for this thing to arrive and of course the quality is terrible and nothing like the picture. In between waiting I opened a case against them and that's when they suddenly sent me an email as though I'd only ordered that day ( fout weeks later) ? Ridiculous. I would advise NOONE to buy from them. They are an awful company and they dont even deserve one star. Complete and utter joke of a company. Disgraceful!!!!!
I would give zero stars if I could, they don't even deserve one star. I ordered a dress to celebrate my rainbow baby a month ago. I was very excited about getting this dress. I paid for it and had a successful checkout. I never ended up getting it in the mail so I reached out to sales. They told me they were out of stock on the item so I'd never end up getting it. I just don't understand who sells items that are out of stock?! Apparently cichic. And only after reaching out was I told that I would get a refund after 7 business days. Why I wasn't told this as soon as I ordered an out of stock item I don't know. If I never noticed my item never showed up I fear that they would've never refunded me. I will never shop with them again! There was no notification or notice on the dress that it was ever out of stock. It's all just a scam!
Do not buy from Cichic. We bought a dress paid for expedited shipping it finally arrive after 28 days, 2 weeks past the time of need. Told them to cancel the order a week before it arrived. They then told me to refuse the shipment and would refund our money, 2 months later no refund
The quality of the dress was so bad nothing look like in the photo. Please don’t buy from them
Hi i am still waiting for two blouses after 3 weeks emailed 3 times and waiting for a reply ,there no tel number to ring so can't speak to someone directy i am very unhappy with this company dont buy
Don’t order from them! I ordered a pair of shoes nearly two months ago from Cichic UK and as soon as order placed, it changed to dollars. I have emailed several times as I need the shoes for my daughter’s upcoming wedding but the latest response (I must say they do respond quickly to emails) is that the order is still being prepared! It is one pair of shoes, how long does it take to parcel up? (Although saying this, I feel due to the email responses I have had, they may be coming from China so I appreciate they would take longer but that is why I ordered from a ‘UK’ site!). Please avoid.
purchased a coat and paid extra for expadited shipping. Waited ages for the item and coat is of poor quality but the main reason for this review is to warn others about import duty. I have now received a bill from TNT asking for £29.50 "import duty" and TNT say it must be paid in accordance with HMRC rules. Went back to the seller and their reply was as far removed from my query as you could imagine. tried again and was told they would not bear the cost. Having looked at the small print they do say "they have no control over shipping duty and will not bear it". I guess I'll have to pay it!! buyer beware!!
Order and paid expedited shipping. When I queried why it was taking so long was told spring had been extended in their country and would be sent at the end of the month. I've asked 4 times so far to cancel the order as the dress is needed middle of March and will be no use in April and get the same reply back each time that they will compensate with accessories or an ornament. I will have to go to the bank to get it sorted now.
Wish I could rate no stars. I placed my order and paid for express shipping . After a week closer to two of no update I reached out to costumer service . Here was the message : We are sorry to inform you that our country has extended the spring holiday to February 9th. Now we are trying our best to catch up the goods and we believe we can deliver the goods to you soon. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience. To compensate, there are two options for you: 1. A $5 coupon as compensation 2. Give you 1 outfit and 2 random accessories, click the link below, many beautiful outfits are waiting for you to choose. No matter what I say they won’t refund money or shipping even they just keep offering an outfit that isn’t coming or a 5.00 coupon I’m livid . Anyhow I will be disputing with my bank

This is ridiculous! I will NOT be ordering with this company ever again. I was not informed the delivery would be pushed this far back, due to their "summer spring break" I ordered an outfit a month ago and still not received my item! I'm very disappointed as this was for a family occation! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBISTE I am yet to see what the quality of this item will be if it ever arrives!

Do not order from this company. We paid for express shipping it took 4 weeks to receive it. They told us to refuse shipment which we did and still do not have a refund
I am absolutely appalled at how bad the three dresses I ordered are. It is one thing them being cheap (I don't expect superior quality material when i'm getting a cheap price) but they look absolutely nothing like the pictures! Plus they come from China so you can't return them without paying a hefty postage fee and if you try to complain no one answers you. AVOID.

It would be ZERO stars if I could! They changed my order from a small to an XL, and took over a MONTH to even ship, still haven’t received my order. And they told me I cannot have a refund. Don’t ever waste your money on these dirt bags!
This company is misleading and unprofessional. They instantly charged my credit card and it’s been over a month and I still don’t have my merchandise. I had to reach out to them to be told that they are behind on their shipments. I’m assuming they are located in China because they have hid their location on their website. I’m very dissatisfied and advise you to refrain from ordering from this company.
If I could select less than 1 then I would. Ordered 1st Feb with delivery 8-15 days. Now 22nd Feb and still waiting. Only contact via email in which they keep asking the same questions over and over again. Paid via paypal on 1st Feb, so in the process of raising a dispute with them. Buy elsewhere.
To all Online Customers Do not ever ever ever ever buy the products here first of all I bought some blank here Jan 17 and until now they haven't send it yet.. there excuse is because they have a blank blank festival till Feb 9 blank!! What kind of business is this just go to eBay or Amazon in 2 or 3 days your order is there.
