Hi Ray, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. While we’re a retailer and the bikes arrive to us prepackaged and assembled by the manufacturer for shipping, we always want to help make things right when issues occur. It doesn’t look like we received any message from you regarding the wheel concerns before the repair or replacement, but had we been contacted, our team would have been happy to assist in reviewing a warranty claim or replacement option through the manufacturer. We truly value your feedback and will share this with the manufacturer for quality review. If you’d like us to look into this further, please reach out to our support team with your order details — we’ll do our best to assist. — The City Grounds Team

We’re sorry to hear about the issues with your wheel and tire appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We definitely want to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. If you haven’t already, please reach out to our team at [email protected] with your order information and any details from Providence Bicycle. Once received, our warranty team can review with the manufacturer and assist right away.

Glad we could help get you rolling! Appreciate the shoutout to our team.

Glad you found what you needed and at a great deal too — enjoy the ride!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. Once an order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery updates and handling are managed by them — though we certainly understand how frustrating it can be when the process doesn’t go smoothly. Regarding the bike itself, some level of adjustment and fine-tuning is often needed out of the box due to how bikes are packaged and shipped by the manufacturer. We always recommend having a local bike shop review assembly and setup to ensure everything is properly dialed in for performance and safety. We truly value your feedback and will share your comments with both the carrier and manufacturer to help improve the overall experience. If you’d like us to review your order details further, please reach out to our support team — we’d be happy to take a closer look. — The City Grounds Team
