The staff gives me great customer service all the time. I'm aware that lots of people have had bad experiences, but for me it's been good! Their services (for example, their printing service) save me so much time, which I love. An example of a great customer service rep is Ken, who tended to my needs promptly. Overall, CJ has given me no reason to put something below a 5. Now, do beware because CJ has a high cost in exchange for very fast shipping and great quality control, which I'd say is a fair trade-off, just list high ticket items that can also be included in upsell offers.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order, then was asked to pay additional shipping fees afterward. When I refused to pay the unexpected extra charge, my refund request was also refused. I feel this situation was handled unfairly, and my concerns were not properly addressed by customer service.
