Very satisfied with their cleaning service! The cleaner did an excellent job cleaning the high windows, ceiling fans, cabinets, and bathroom windows, including hard-to-reach areas. The work was thorough and efficient. Their WhatsApp responses were very prompt, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended!

I booked CleaningService2U after they specifically promised a Filipino cleaner who was comfortable with dogs. Their price was nearly double the standard rate, but I accepted it because they said they could meet that requirement. They also required payment upfront. On the day of service, they had not organised the agreed cleaner. At the last minute, they sent someone else who was uncomfortable around dogs—the exact issue I had clearly raised before booking. When I began giving feedback about these problems, they stopped responding to my messages. This was not the service I agreed to or paid a premium for. The excessive price, poor preparation, last-minute substitution and lack of response were unacceptable. I would not use or recommend CleaningService2U again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cleaning service! The team was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. Everything was spotless and clean when they finished. Highly recommend their service!
Boy and team did a good job cleaning. Staff were polite and professional.
1. As a first time customer they requested me to make full payment which is not a market practice. 2. Upon agreed time, no worker appeared and they then arranged someone to come from 20km away, would be arriving 1.5 hour later than agreed time, which I subsequently rescheduled because it disrupted my schedule and obviously they forgot about my appt. I was glad that I paid only 50% deposit at this point, and not full. 3. Upon reschedule date and time, they texted me that worker has arrived but only got 1 instead of 2 as per agreed, and so 4 hours of cleaning time is required instead of 2. Again it caused inconvenience to me, there wasn’t any consultation, it was merely an FYI. 4. When obviously I was unhappy about it, they forced me to make balance payment and threaten to stop work if I don’t, even though I only intend to pay upon work completion as I mentioned. PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE THEM, I BELIEVE WE AS REASONABLE COMSUMERS HAVE BETTER OPTIONS. Updates after first review: the company was spamming me with calls trying pacify me after seeing my review here. I don’t see the sincerity, because if they’re apologetic, they could have let me pay after service (not threaten to stop service unless receive balance payment), and when I did pay, they didn’t even bother to reply / acknowledge my proof of payment. They’re just trying to damage control hoping I would change the honest review, so that more people would fall for their subpar and scammy services.
