CoinDepo, was recommended by Levi on his podcast and I am grateful for his research into CoinDepo. I found the site to be very good and the yields are fantastic with a huge suite of Cryptos available. I will definately be scaling up my investments and highly recommend this platform.
Did my research and found coindepo to be trusted enough for me. And was easy to do after I knew what I was doing.
I tried to login multiple times. I was logged in yesterday on my iPhone. It sends me an email code to verify me. I enter the code exactly as it said copy and paste. It says it doesn’t work. I’ve tried it multiple times with different codes. It will not let me in. Is anyone else having this problem? I mean, honestly am I gonna put my money in a company that I can’t even get into when I need it. (Update) Well it's now the weekend I contacted them yesterday morning and Noone has returned my emails regarding my account. Just be advised this is the customer service you're gonna receive. At least I don't have crypto in there. And my girlfriend was going to move hers in there as well. She said today have they contacted you? I told her nope she said well I will NOT move my money or crypto to a place that lacks basic customer service. And I have to agree. It is now Saturday so I'm sure the whole weekend will pass now. So 3 missed days of opportunity. If this is how they handle business then no thanks. I'm glad this before I placed my crpto and money in there. Can u imagine if I needed funds in an emergency?? Good luck. Non existent customer service with my financials is a HARD NO Since I cabt respond to the response. I used the same email I logged into to ask you for clarification on the issue how is that so difficult I literally used the email to contact your customer service that I used to log and create an account with. U have never responded so quite with th complete BS response. I won't be using your junior varsity site based on your lack of customer service competence why would I include my email from trust pilot review when u won't respond to my email to your support. I contacted your support via my email. Ie the very same email mind you that I used to log into your site with. You have never responded yet. The only response ice received is from th bad review I gave on trust pilot seems your priority is trust pilot and not the support I needed and asked for. Good luck. They should improve the interface and give 24/48 hours if the deposited crypto (not a stablecoin) changes value and decreases, allowing you to maintain the assigned level. Currently, it's very restrictive and unfriendly that they cancel the referral bonus.

I have used Coindepo since August 2025. The interest rates are excellent, the platform is really easy to use and most importantly the customer service has been fantastic. I had an issue with withdrawing funds from the platform (the issue was not on the Coindepo end), I contacted my Coindepo Personal Account Manager and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes and all of my funds were successfully withdrawn to my private wallet. Very friendly and professional team. I will continue to use the platform and would highly recommend them.
I’ve been using CoinDepo for a couple of months and wanted to share a measured experience rather than an over-the-top review. So far, interest has posted as expected and I’ve completed multiple weekly withdrawals without issues. Processing times have been reasonable (a few hours to under a day in my case), and support has been responsive when I’ve reached out with questions. That said, this is clearly a fintech / crypto platform — not a traditional bank. There have been some minor operational quirks (email verification hiccups early on), and I think it’s important for users to understand the risks and start small rather than jump in blindly. Overall, my experience has been positive so far, but I’m continuing to use the platform cautiously and monitoring things over time. The setup was easy. The interest earning blocks was a little confusing at first. I wish there were more coin options to invest. You should have all the iso 20022 coins to be listed. It would be nice to add any coin to our own account.
